First off they get you to come in on false premises and then raise the rate… Second they lie about how their trade ins work. Third, they offer you dog shit to buy your car and make it seem like they’re doing you a favor. Fourth, they don’t follow through with anything. Oh someone is supposed to call you back? They won’t… Have issues with your brand new car right after you buy it? They don’t care. Get charged for something you didn’t consent to? THEYDON’T CARE&THEYWONTREIMBURSEYOU! In addition to all my ongoing issues with them, I found out that my salesmen never removed my old SunPass like he promised we would, and now I have all sorts of crazy charges on my bank account from SunPass. My salesman, MAX wouldn’t fix the issue so I reached out to the manager and he suggested I go to SunPass… Even though it’s the dealerships fault! He wouldn’t take responsibility… They said they would remove it and they didn’t, but now I’m the one paying for it! Ridiculous. Worst dealership experience of my life!

We bought a 2014QX50 and couldn’t be happier with the car and the level of service received. We recommend our salesman Max to anyone who asks and we know when the time comes for us to buy another car, it will be an Infiniti. Danny, one of the service writers is the one to ask for. He is pleasant, professional, and is totally upfront with the services required for the car. Unlike other service writers in other dealerships, he doesn’t try to sell you service that isn’t necessary. He makes going for service a pleasant experience.

I brought my Infiniti in for it’s 45,000 mile service. I was able to schedule my appointment online. The service manager, Candice, was pleasant and got to me promptly. The customer lounge was nice, with computer access and plenty of comfortable seating with a TV. They had bottled water and bagels for their customers. They also supply a loaner car, which was ready for me when I arrived. I found the pricing to be reasonable and I was happy with my experience. I will use them again for my servicing needs.
