I love that this is a family owned business right off of Okeechobee Blvd on the South Side a few doors west of Okeechobee steakhouse (which you should go to for lunch while here).. Dad owns the shop with all of his kids and other family members supporting each other. They have been established for 6 years and treat you like you are a member of their family. Matthew was my particular sales person but they all really do support each other. They were very supportive of my getting the car inspected ahead of time which passed. I bought a convertible and had some challenges with the top which honestly I think was my fault. but they fixed it for me even though I bought the car as is. I did not have to finance but they do offer financing. I used to be in the car business so I know the biz and we were able to wheel and deal quickly with a great price I was happy with. They worked with my credit union seamlessly and I was out of the door shortly. They maintain the Web site with various cars in order to help with your shopping and all. Wow! What a GREAT experience I had at PB Automotive! The people who work there are SO helpful and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of cars and are honest and there to help and answered ALL my questions.
