I wouldn’t have even given them a «1» rating, if it didn’t call for some rating. They’ll gladly tell you, time and time again, that you, qualify for a loan modification, whether that’s true or not. They will also gladly take your money, try to get more money out of you for a REST Report (which they guarantee will get you the loan mod-​not true!) They know how to sound sincere when they’re lying thru their teeth. I stuck with them for over a year and nothing and I mean nothing good came out of it. They «suggested» I not pay my mortgage on time — which has now ruined my credit. Needless to say, I never got the loan modification. Take my word for it, they’re useless and a waste of money. If you need a loan mod, these are NOT the people to go to, even though they’re good at convincing you they are.
