Worst Mani/​Pedi I have ever gotten. Polish already started chipping by that same night. Will never go back.

This place is wonderful! The salon is cute and clean, the owner is so attentive and nice, and my haircut is a bit shorter than I like it, but I’d definitely recommend checking this salon out and just telling them not to take too much off.

I’m always afraid to go to a new hair stylist. I’ve had an array of experiences over the past few years (I’ve moved a lot, and weirdly, a lot of my hair stylists have too), and it’s a nerve wrecking thing.
I got Julio’s name from a friend and was really happy to get an appointment on a Saturday. I was excited to come in — and glad I did.
First, the salon is cute. There is tons of on street parking and it’s super easy to find. The interior is very clean and fresh. I love that it is small and intimate — it made it feel less hectic and crazed (some of the places I have gotten my hair done feel like I’m in a zoo).
Julio is incredibly nice, attentive, and amazing. I can’t say enough positive things. He did a great job with my fair color, was incredibly fair on pricing, and really did a great job. My hair cut falls well after washing (mostly my bangs were cut, but still, I’ve had enough bad bang hair cuts to last me a lifetime) and the color is outstanding.
This is a really nice, intimate place with a wonderful owner, and I can’t suggest it highly enough.

I found this place on groupon and thought I give it a try. Nice atmosphere for just being opened for a month. My groupon was for the gel nail polish. I wanted white tips which were an extra $ 10. That’s fine every place is like that. Now they want to charge me $ 10 to take off the gel polish I already had on. No one told me this because I made the appointment on line. So now this turns into a small argument. I should have just left after that. The lady points out this is how it is because I got a deal. Also points out that the gel polish is very expensive. So over all my nails look like shit and I am running late for my other appointment. They were still sticky and not soft but didn’t tell at first because of the oil she added after and the fact that it was so dark in there. Went home and fix them myself. Nice owner but lose the nail lady.

I found the salon through Groupon, and bought a Mani/​Pedi for myself for my birthday! When I arrived, I found the salon had only been open for four weeks. It was light and pretty, I was greeted right away, and taken to the back where they have lovely massage pedicure chairs.
Evelyn, the nail technician, is a very nice lady who gave me thoughtful options for not only my nail color, but the temperature of the water for my pedicure!
Everyone was very friendly, I was offered water while getting my manicure done, and both manicure and pedicure turned out beautifully. Evelyn even kindly fixed the glitch I made in my pedicure when I accidentally grazed it against a curtain while using the restroom.
The manicure and pedicure altogether took about an hour. If you get the chance, treat yourself to Flow Salon and support this new business!
