Kings Park, NY
Spent 4 nights at this hotel while visiting friends in Palm Beach. The room was dirty. There were clumps of hair in the bathroom and on the floor of the bedroom. The room was so small we had difficulty finding a place for our luggage. I would like to give this hotel no stars but that is not an option. This cost me over a thousand dollars for the four nights. NEVER AGAIN!

Clean and staff is friendly. Nice pool and outside sitting area. Room is spacious and the maid service is very accommodating and friendly. Did not like the restaurant area. Breakfast made me sick. Egg and spinach with gouda cheese sounds good but made night before and reheated. Felt nauseous after eating. This is a side note. Not a reflection on hotel.

This could just as easily have been the Courtyard in Miami FL or Birmingham AL or Charlotte NC as it is the exact same layout and configuration. And sometimes, that’s a good thing because you know what you’re going to get. Though perhaps it could use a bit of a refresh?
This is a quiet property that’s not far from the Interstate. Plenty of parking. I had a quiet room on the third floor that was away from the elevator. The room had a comfortable (maybe a little sort for my taste) bed, clean bathroom, plenty of towels and a coffee/​tea service. Wifi worked well.
I only stayed the one night and did not use the Bistro for a meal.

I stay at this hotel once a month and the rooms are nice, everything is clean, amenities are great, but most of all… the customer service is amazing. The staff goes above and beyond to meet and exceed your expectations. So pleasant and helpful that I look forward to each stay. Well done.

Nice courtyard marriott in quiet area. Rooms have nice amount of space (king with pull out couch). Free parking and wifi with balcony but no special view. It’s good for business travelers or people who aren’t looking for a resort type of stay. My only complaint is that the walls are thin and I could hear the other guests way too easy.

Normal Courtyard Marriott. Bistro staff is friendlier than the front desk staff. When you make reservations with the Courtyard Marriot, the reservations agent is supposed to inquire about breakfast arrangements or at least advise you. Not this one unfortunately. The room itself was fine. No staff to be found after 10pm though.

Typical Courtyard with their updated concept. The pool here is decent and allows for some relaxation from the busy environment surrounding the hotel. Based on the photos from the hotel website, I was hoping for slightly better facilities. Kudos to their marketing folks for making this place look like spa resort! Numerous issues with the room, but it is what it is for $ 200/​night. You get the added bonus of the hotel being next to a gentlemen’s club and the 500 car parking lot!

Nice hotel clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was disappointing they said they offer complimentary breakfast but at the restaurant they act like it is not, for every breakfast we ordered they kept charging it to our room we were kind if limited for that reason.

Very nice hotel. It was clean and modern. The rooms were a good size and had large bathrooms. The sink was outside of the shower room, which made it convenient for someone to shower while another guest used the sink area. The pool was nice, even in December. Only complaint was the lack of any sort of view from the balcony, and that they were too small to have furniture on if you had a room facing the outside of hotel. Certainly this is just a minor thing.

I’ve stayed here twice now. I’m not impressed. We had none functional doors in our suite. They wouldn’t completely close because they were not aligned correctly in the frame of the door. The towels are small, thin and itchy. The air conditioner is LOUD! It is just poorly run and poorly maintained for a Marriott property. We will not be staying here again.

Hotel is probably 10⁄15 years old. Lobby seems to have been updated and is nice. Remainder of hotel shows it’s age. Bed squeeky, had to unplug lights to get access to plugs. Hotel not internet-​friendly; charge $ 7.00 per day for decent WiFi (though a substandared free service is provided) and it amazes me they charge what they do ($ 100+) and breakfast is not included as with most airport/​corporate properties (Hampton and Holiday Inns, etc.,) but rather charge $ 11.00 for the same quality and variety of food that you get complimentary at other like properties. My assumption is that they charge for breakfast because this property caters to the corporate business and they are on an expense account.

The last 3 years we have spent 4 weeks at this Mariott. The rooms are very accommodating. New furniture around the pool and flat screen in the rooms. Beds are comfortable and service has been great. Rooms clean with patio and well kept by the staff. Breakfast is offered or you can order from the menu. Buffet bar is $ 10.95 We have been pleased with the property even though is is older. Well kept.

The staff remembers you which is always a plus for me since I travel so much and stay at the same place every week. Love the suite, I wish all Courtyards had them.
