Cosmo & Company | Salon and Spa

I am so disappointed. I have heard and read only great things about Cosmo & Company so I made an appointment. I booked with Cosmo himself because I haven’t had a precision cut since I left NY. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. A great start I thought. An assistant to Cosmo came over and brushed out my hair taking all of the styling and hair spray out. Then Cosmo came over and introduced himself. Saying I shouldn’t wear my hair hanging down over my face… I certainly don’t wear my hair in my face, his assistant brushed it that way. I was there because my hair was too long and needed cutting. While I was in his chair no less than 5 people interrupted laughing and talking about travel plans and family. Cosmo never once looked at my face shape nor did he have any suggestions for what would work for my face and hair. He was distracted and I felt like he was going through the motions without thought or care. I walked out with a shoulder length Bob. I could have gone to Super Cuts for a year and gotten the same cut for the money I paid. I don’t mind paying for a great cut but that’s not what I got. Cosmo must be capable of giving a great cut from some of the reviews. I Will not be back!

This review reminds me why I love Unilocal.I posted a review for a salon in West Palm where the service was off. A fellow Unilocaler Abby K. who was not even my Unilocal friend at the time messaged me and suggested Cosmo and Co. I gave it a try while visiting my Palm Beach fam, and had one of the best blowouts. This is now my go to salon in the PB area. It is a large salon and they have valet parking. I also bought a lipstick there, forget the brand but great quality. Looking forward to going back.

After months of looking I’ve found the best Salon in town!
I had a hair cut and style with the master himself, Cosmo.
I wish I could give 10 stars.
Valet parking is available. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by the friendliest staff. Taken back to the most comfortable shampoo chair I’ve ever sat it. I’m short so sinks always give me a problem, the this sink accommodated to my needs.
The shampoo was great.
Then meeting Cosmo was awesome. He took my dead, dried out hair and brought it to life.
The entire staff were tremendous! I’ve already booked my next two appointments.

This salon is like the Saks of all salons! It’s one stop shopping at its finest for all your beauty needs! I booked a color and highlights with Bea and she nailed the color on point! I couldn’t be happier! It was my first time using the salon and I could rave more about it. Customer service at its finest and wonderfully attentive staff. The space is huge and airy and although busy, it doesn’t seem chaotic for a staff of almost 50. Highly recommend! I’ll be back!

First time there. Had my legs waxed and it was one of the best experiences. Emily treated me like a queen. The salon is Very clean and the spa very calming. They use great products so my legs felt like silk. Same price as other salons but choice of drinks and valet parking is another plus.
