I had the oil changed in my truck. It took 2−½ hours. After very poor service they also left there trash in my truck. If I could give minus stars I would. The waiting area was nice though and the cashier was great.

Had a terrible experience with Kia last week. They sold me a Soul plus and then a week later tricked me into coming in and then told me they couldn’t get me the financing for that car, but they could get me some crappy Forte. I walked. I was extremely upset. The next day my mom (my family being a Ford family and all) took me to Al Packer Ford. The service there is phenomenal. Keri, my sales person, went above and beyond in every aspect and was in touch with me every step of the way. James, the finance manager was amazing as well and did everything in his power to get my into a beautiful Ford Fusion. I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of professionalism and attention to customer satisfaction. They have made a life time customer out of me. Also I should mention that Steve in the repair shop is great as well, I have been bringing my old Honda Accord to him for years. 5 star rating all the way around!

Purchased a truck here. Met my price, answered my questions– 5 stars, but here is where their stars dropped: a week after I purchased it, check engine light goes on. Upon checking the service department says factory recall/​new part needed for co2 output. good service people. I understand this but feel a new truck shouldn’t have needed this as the dealership should’ve made sure service kept up on anything like this before driving home. — lose 1 to 2 pts.
Then their internet person sending me emails over and over even after purchasing truck. She had no idea I bought it and then sent an email that she offered me $ 100 for services for answering her questions. I did this and never received the money, and calling several times has yet to get me the $$$ promised. Contacted BBB but no progress on their end either. Lose 1 to 2 pts. At least!
Overall, sales guy David was knowledgeable and answered texts quickly, managers got price I wanted– even if main one (Tracy) never shakes my hand or thanked me for the business when I was done in finance, but guess that’s the car mgr «nice before and during deal till they get ur $$$» way.
Purchase again from here… Not sure yet. Give them service $$$ in future…

BodyShop: wow I can’t stand owning a Ford. I am used to Infiniti. My car was in a minor accident. Body shop guy told me 13 days. 13 days I need to go without a car!!! So now I’ve missed work for the past 3 days.
Infiniti might have been a little more expensive but trust me the experience is so worth it. With Infiniti they give you a loaner Infiniti to use while they repair yours!!! You aren’t without a car for weeks! It’s Saturday 2pm and the body shop is CLOSED. No wonder it takes so long to get my car back. Ford is junk. Their customer service is JUNK. My car door won’t even shut! This was as of 2 weeks ago. I googled the problem and apparently it’s an ongoing problem with the Ford Fusion. Also my car dented like a tin can when in a minor accident.
The «MY KEY» is stuck on. This means the car won’t do over 80 and the volume can’t go past a certain point. The place I bought my car from didn’t give me the master key. So therefore I can’t get rid of this. I asked the dealership and they told me I need to pay $ 350 to replace the master key. Why can’t they just delete this setting?
Yeah never ever again. I hate Ford!!!
Update: got my car back and it’s worse off! Dealership got the $ 2400 check from Geico so they don’t care!

The WORST customer service in the service department that we have ever experienced. These people are rude, nasty and dishonest! Kept our car for 5 days with NO answers as to why we couldn’t have it back. Every day it was a different story as to what was going on with the car. GO ELSEWHERE! I would rather pay triple the amount than have these people work on my car.

Buying my new Lincoln MKZ Hybrid was a great experience, Saiid made it so. However, when a problem occurred 2 weeks later Gary Weil and Al Packer Ford stood by me and solved it! Now that is a great dealership… not just when everything goes right but when something goes wrong and they make it right again!

THEY SUCK
When my lease expired I turned it in
Everything seemed to be ok till 2 weeks later when i received a bill for hundreds of $$$$
now they say there were scratches on the drivers side door and fender
The car was inspected 10 days after it was turned in
Spoke to customer service NOT at all helpful
I WILL NEVER OWN OR LEASE ANOTHER FORD OR LINCOLN

Love this place!!! Best dealership around. Got a great deal on my used ford escape a couple of years ago and still love it. I get my car serviced here all the time and my 2004 escape still runs like it’s brand new. If you’re trying to buy a new car or truck and they don’t have exactly what you are looking for on the lot they will make sure they get you exactly what you want. However, that probably is not necessary since their lot is very well stocked and diverse because the Inventory manager there is the BOMB! Highly recommend this dealer.

I was doing research on a few Ford dealers in South Florida looking for a specific car when I came across Al Packer Ford. From the begining of my experience speaking with Evelyn from internet sale to speaking to Ed Okin my salesman, I could tell that this was going to be a great car buying experience. The rest of the dealers seem uninterested and not at all helpful. Evelyn was very kind and helpful answering my questions and Ed was committed to giving me the best customer service I can ask for. He assurred me that if i would make the trip to the dealer that he will give me the best deal he possibly can and I would leave very satisfied. I can say without a doubt that he delivered. I had to drive up there with my 4yo son which was a handful but Ed was very patient and understanding. I can’t speak for every employee at the dealer but I can highly recommend Ed to do business with.
I would of given 5 stars but there was 1 employee from financing that was very rude and condescending.
If Im ever again looking for a Ford or Lincoln this will be my first stop.

Horrible dealer to deal with… all the way from sales to finance dept. They are never clear as to what they tell you and to top it all off, THEY ALL LIE.
I wouldnt recommend this dealer to anyone. Stay away, they are pathetic, liars and only try to suck up to you for no reason.

I’m a pretty handy guy but had a crew cab door that wouldn’t open and it looked difficult to get open. So I take it to al packer ford and they tell me I need to replace both top and bottom locks ($ 250 each) and it would be about $ 450 in labor. So I take it home because I’m not paying that. One zip tie later it’s fixed and I save $ 1000. Ill never take my vehicle there and advise everybody else i know to not take there vehicle here for service!!!

Drove up here from Miami to purchase a new car as they offered the best pricing. Except for a minor misunderstanding, the process went very smoothly and everyone i dealt with treated us well.
Would highly recommend doing business with these folks.
