This place usually does an adequate job but are soooo slow. I paid $ 52.95 for a wash/​wax & interior clean. Overall happy with the job but it took an hour+ and when I get to my car the wheel wells are still filthy! Never understood why the don’t wash the wheel well! I had to chuckle about the earlier comment about the lady at the register being rude, I kinda always thought she was rather short with people but looks like such a sweet lady.

The old lady who is the cashier is very rude. I am a repeat customer, but since the first time I have come in here, she has been rude every time. This person does not need to be in customer service. She is obviously easily aggravated by any question. It is like she takes every question as a personal attack against her. She treats you like you are stupid because you have a question. It is a cheap car wash. You get what you pay for in this case, a very unhappy employee.

I take my car here all the time for a wash and wax and they do a god job. The lady inside is very sweet and nice and always courteous.

If you could give the place a –5 stars this would be it. confusing and disorganized, it’s a car wash it shouldn’t be to hard. The man working there continued to curse in front of customers, left cars half washed and barely cleaned in the inside, and the worst is yet to come. As they vacuumed they threw out things without asking and but clean white towels on the ground. And to top it all off they somehow lost one of the car mats, how in the hell do you lose a car mat!!! The man working there continues to talk about how his life took a drastic turn when he was caught with illegal things. And at the end when I paid he said it was seventeen, I gave him a twenty didn’t even bother to give me change, but I decided the three bucks wasn’t worth it and got my ass out of there. DO NOT GO HERE.

Just moved to this city and this was the first car wash I saw so I pulled in. What attracted me was the huge sign that read $ 5.95 car wash. Well that’s only for an outside car wash. No vacuum. no nothing! I ended up paying $ 17.95 plus tax for a mediocre car wash. I really could have washed it myself. They did a horrible job at wiping off the inside of the car. I had some dog hair that was in the back seat and they did a piss poor job at getting it up. I had to ask if they could vacuum it a bit more. I will not be going back here.

This place sucks. I paid 8 bucks for the ultimate and could of had a better was from a garden hose. When I spoke to the so called manager «James» he states its a machine. Lmao. So kidding. REALLY? Still I paid 8 bucks for what? Then I go around the building the get it corrected and the really nice older gentleman ended up talking me in to the plus detail. So I say ok and ask if I can get 8 bucks off the total of the 25 he said yes. Great. So I go inside and explain this to the old lady behind the counter. What a prick she was. Says so snotty «I already know that she says» this women shouldn’t be allowed public. If you are that pissed at the world. May it’s about time you retire.

I took a chance with my 2003 350Z (weekend fun car) and brought it here to have it washed and waxed. Chance well taken. Staff was courteous and helpful. Up until now, I NEVER let anyone detail my cars but myself… but I just didn’t have the time to wax it. They were thorough yet very fast. I purchased the «Wax» package (don’t remember the exact name) and they did a fantastic job. I want to note that they applied the wax with a random orbital buffer, but used very little pressure which is ideal to avoid swirl marks. The wax was removed by hand however. Very detail-​oriented job was done on the windows. I requested they not touch some carbon fiber pieces on the car, and I saw the supervisor honor this and point it out to the staff. I will definitely be bringing my Z back to them from here on out.
