Ok, so let me just explain to you every detail of how unprofessional this place is. I had a nail on my tire so I needed a new one. I don’t live close to the dealership so I checked a few areas around my way to see what the price situation was going to look like. It was then I realized I may have warranty on my tires so rather than pay 100+ dollars let me call to see if I had coverage. The first time I called I spoke to about four different people whom for some reason could not give me a direct answer as to wether I had coverage for my tires. Finally they connected me with a man named Ernie who took down all my information to then tell me he was going to call me back in 10 minutes and then didn’t. I called the next day the same thing happened; spoke to about 4 different people and the last transfer was to a voice message machine. I really needed a tire so I attempted to call once again the same day and THE SAME thing happened. You can now imagine my frustration so I called back and asked to speak to a manager. I do not know if the person got scared and just decided to answer my question or what but he then told me that I did have coverage and it should only be about 14 $ for maintenance fee. Also I asked how long it would take as I have two jobs and needed to schedule this accordingly. He told me 30 min. I came in Friday morning at 9 am. After about an hour of waiting a man finally came to assist me and told me that I was given false information and I DID NOT have coverage on my tires. Now of course I’m pissed and complained because it was totally ridiculous. He gave me a «discount» due to the inconvenience but I still end up paying more than I could have if I just stayed close by to where I lived (150 $). So now I not only I had to pay extra for my tire but It an additional hr to put it on (so in total I waited 2 hrs rather than 30 min like I was originally told). Needless to say I left there a very unhappy costumer! I don’t understand why there was a need to lie. On a side note the sales rep that helped (Nashief) I think was his name was very nice and validated my feelings. He also gave me a free car wash. Other than that this place was completely unprofessional and provides the ultimate amount of false information. DO NOT be fooled by them like I did. Restrain from going at all cost.

There were three CRV’s that I found on their online website that were listed as available the morning I went to the dealership. When I had gotten there, they told me all three cars were already sold three days ago. Had they updated their website, I wouldn’t have wasted all the time I spent coming to this dealership. If you come here, make sure to call and see if the cars are available. Don’t rely on their website to tell you that information.

I don’t know where my review went, but I would like to make sure nobody makes the same mistake I did by purchasing a car from this dealership.
1.) I was in a rush to buy a car, as I had a lease ending. The car was delivered with tons of dings and scuffs. I had to fight tooth and nail for them to provide me with 1 remote key with the car.
2.) After sales support is pathetic. The temporary plates expired twice, and their «plate» people are impossible to reach. I couldn’t drive my car for days and they could care less about you.
3.) The car I was sold was a lemon. There were numerous mechanical issues, and I was better off just buying a post-​Sandy car. I had to shell out thousands of dollars in repairs in the months after purchasing the car. I had to endure a non-​working heater throughout our blistery cold winter.
4.) Staff is extremely rude and lacks etiquette. Sales people are throwing around curse words and receptionists are chewing gum in your face like cows.
5.) Service is extremely slow. Not everyone is a senior citizen with hours to spare in a day. It took 2.5 hours for an oil change and key programming.
6.) Looking to make a long term relationship with your neighborhood dealer? Avoid this place. The turnover here is faster than you can blink. There is something clearly wrong with the way this place is run. Do your homework and read about them on the BBB.
7.) While your experience may vary, the issues I experienced were escalated to Honda Corporate. I received pretty abysmal service from them as well.
Conclusion: if the DMV sold Honda’s, it would be called Hudson Honda of West New York.
This experience (along with service at other Honda dealerships) left a sour taste in my mouth. If you want good service, stay away from Honda in general.

Do not waste your time here. This is by far the shadiest (and saddest in terms of location) Honda dealership in NJ. I took a chance despite the poor reviews after getting the internet salesperson to agree upon a reasonable price. Well lo and behold, they gave me the runaround by claiming they can’t honor the purchase price … I can understand if they told me during the initial 10 minutes of my being there that they can’t honor the price, but they played the usual sales tactics with me for nearly 2 hours before telling me they can’t honor the price. Really, after 2 hours? Unacceptable!

HUDSON HONDA’S YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES. YOU SERVICE DEPARTMENT MOCKS THE HANDICAPPED… TWICE!!! Let’s start that I am hearing disabled and had to use the dealership’s chat option on their website to get a quote emailed to me for service to my Honda Accord. «E» was the first person I chatted with and told me he will have the service department email me with a service quote. Even after I made it very clear that I am hearing disabled… he continued (2 – 3 times) to ask me for my telephone number for someone to reach me. Needless to say I tried to correct him… I never received the service quote promised me in an email. SECOND TRY FOR QUOTE 2 days later and chatted online with «A»…again I made it clear that I am deaf and need special equipment to hear by phone… guess what… she asked me TWICE for my phone number even after acknowledging I am not available to use the phone… no quite in the promised email. I ended up spending $ 1,400 on repairs (timing belt, full tune up, oil, rear brakes, etc) WITHIN THE NEXT SIX TO EIGHT MONTHS I WILL BE PURCHASING ANOTHER ACCORD COUPE ($ 34,000) AND HUDSON HONDA WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS… EVER.

They made me wait 2.5 hours for an oil change! Twice!!! There will not be a third time. And they keep telling you your car will be ready in 5 – 10 minutes, when you see it outside waiting to be serviced. How stupid do they think a person is?

I called to schedule an appointment to have my vehicle repaired, after I received a Safety Recall notice from Honda. The receptionist told me that they would call me back to schedule an appointment. They never called me, so I called and spoke to a service advisor. She told me that they would check on the part and call me back. They never called me back. They might do great service, but I’ll never know, because I’ll be taking my car to a Honda dealer that values their customers enough to call them back.

An amazing team. I worked closely with Juan on my vehicle purchase. Juan was so patient; he answered all of my questions even the ridiculous ones. Hudson Honda really exceeded all of my expectations. Literally– over and beyond. I cannot express the amount of gratitude and appreciation I have for Hudson Honda! I couldn’t of asked for more. I highly, highly recommend purchasing, trading and/​or servicing your car here.

I bought my first car here. My only suggestion is to please bargain shop. Try to bring down the price cuz they will overcharge you as much as they can.

Let me start by saying they were the only dealership that had the Honda coupe I wanted. They are the most unprofessional staff I’ve ever worked with. They listed the car at a certain price and when I went to purchase my car the price went up by $ 1000.00!!!
The arrogant macho king Yirko got very upset because a women went at him and he couldn’t handle me. It took forever to get my plates and I had to call 3times!!! Also I went to get a oil change today from one of their sister companies. They blamed me bc my name wasn’t in the system for free oil changes for a year. Yirko was very sensitive that I didn’t drive 50 min to west ny for a $ 20 oil change. Save yourself from these scam artists and go to another Honda dealership.

I came in to the service department because I had lost my only set of keys to my 2006 Honda S2000. Everyone at the service department I spoke to was kind and helpful.

Slow, but little better than other Honda dealers

Wait time provided is unexpected. Add another hour on top of what they tell you. Waited 2.5 hours for a standard oil change. Wait room is small and not enough toilets. Only 1 unisex stall and 1 hidden employee stall.

This is one of those worst car dealers. The place is crowded. The staff are not nice. the waiting time is forever. The staff wants the recommended something you don’t need. This place is still in business because of its location. I recommend other Honda dealer or auto shop for repair.
