I have been selling real estate in LA since 1989 and my business partner Jeff White have worked together as a team since 1993.

1995 I earned higher real estate education which are the equivalent of a masters degree in real estate. CRS Certified Residential Specialist & GRI Graduate of the Real Estate Institute. Less than 5% of agents nationswide acheive these designations.

My partner Jeff and listen to what YOU want and need because it is Your bottom line not ours. I love help a first time buyers and expereinced home owners navigate the complicated waters of the ever changing real estate world. No question is ever to insignificant to ask, if the question is important to you ~ THEN you need an answer.

I love real estate and have always been in involved in real estate. A Realtor I negoiated a situation for a friend told me while I attended San Diego State said I should consider becoming an agent as I had a knack for working things out for people.

Lori Donahoo is the best! She helped us purchase our West LA home and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received. She’s professional, extremely knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy and she will do everything in her power to ensure that her clients are treated fairly while in escrow. The real estate market is tough these days and when we were beginning to doubt that we would find a home Lori came to us with a few out of the box ideas to help us find what we were looking for. When we finally found a home she was with us every step of the way communicating every detail and ensuring we were aware of deadlines, pitfalls, etc. We strongly recommend that you contact her if you’re looking for a real estate agent who truly knows her business and cares about her clients. Lori helped us buy our first condo this Spring. Her experience and knowledge of LA real estate was extremely helpful. She was quick to point out any flaws in prospective properties they we may not have otherwise noticed. Once we made an offer her counter offer advice got us the property we wanted. Per Lori’s advice we had several inspections done which proved invaluable. Some issues were found as a result of such inspections that would have otherwise gone unnoticed and we were able to negotiate with the sellers. All in all a very positive buying experience.

Had the misfortune to come across Lori, when I was in search for an apartment last month.
I, myself am a professional accountant within the entertainment industry and have run into «less than pleasant» individuals thru out my career but must say that I have never come across a more unprofessional, unethical thru and thru rude, unpleasant realtor nor person as Lori Donahoo.
I would never recommend any business to this person.

Lori helped me buy my first home a little over a year ago and I couldn’t have been happier with the entire experience. From the beginning, she was very patient with me and explained every step of the process so that a first timer like me could understand. And when I found a house I wanted and our bid was selected, then her knowledge, experience and patience really shone through. I believe we ultimately went through 7 offers and counter offers to iron out all the details and the sellers had a rookie agent that made the entire transaction very difficult. But Lori was a consumate pro throughout and eventually I got the house I wanted, in the neighborhood I wanted, at a price I was happy wtih. Lori is fantastic and I would recommend her to anyone.

Lori is great. She was our realtor a little over a year ago and helped us buy our 1st home. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process, not to mention fun to be around. With her help and expertise, we ultimately bought our 1st home and we are extremely happy. She made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.
