Established in 2015.

Born, raised and educated in Southern California, Casundra is a Los Angeles native who knows the local real estate market like the back of her hand. She epitomizes honesty, integrity, compassion, and knowledge in every aspect of her personal and professional life. With over 18 years experience in Property Management, Real Estate Development, and Acquisitions, her training has provided her with the knowledge and skills of the business including negotiation, conflict resolution, advertising, marketing, sales, customer service, market analysis, construction, and financial reporting. In addition, she has a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration. She recognized that she was a good fit with work in real estate and it was important for her to be entrepreneurial and engage in work that reflected her vision and values. With her background, she is excited to announce that she is carrying over these same skills and knowledge to Rodeo Realty.

Casundra is a firm believer in giving back and particularly passionate about education and inspiring girls in urban communities. She is an active member and volunteer in several community organizations including Palms Neighborhood Council, Friends of Palms, Palm Middle School PTA, and Inner City Women of Faith.
