Hugs!!! I go in for the hugs! Dr. Farley is the nicest, most wonderful Dr. anyone could ask for. He is super smart and knows my family and myself really well. He makes educated decisions about our care that I truly appreciate. He really cares and it shows! The staff, especially Cindy! are amazing as well. The front office could be a bit more fun, but, they are REALLY busy.

Being new to the state and having a son who needs his routine checkups, I knew I needed to find a place. I turned to Unilocal to find someplace close… and someplace good! I found this place, and after researching the doctors, I made an appointment and got lucky. I was able to get the doctor I wanted for my son.
The staff was really nice and friendly. The place is clean, organized, and welcoming. We didn’t have to wait and were shown to a room immediately for his checkup. The nurse took his weight and measured him. In the rooms, there are drawers with toys and books for the children. LOVE! The doctor was personable, and he was so patient and nice. I was really sad that we had to leave our son’s doctor in California, because she was so amazing. Now, I feel okay about it, because we found a great doctor here in Oregon!

I was referred to Dr. Farley by a friend in high school and about ten years later I he is still my doctor. My sister also goes to West Linn Family. I wouldn’t consider switching to anyone else and have referred others as well. When my insurance switch I was worried I would have to but luckily that wasn’t the case. The staff is always friendly and able to work with my difficult schedule when setting appointments. I’m always greeted by a friendly face and have never had to wait more than a couple minutes in the lobby. Dr. Farley is helpful and never makes me feel rushed through an appointment. I will absolutely refer others here.

Our family of 4 have been patients of Dr. Farley’s for the past 23 years. We have always received excellent care. Dr. Farley goes above and beyond in providing care while caring deeply for us as individuals. Fortunately when David decides to retire we know the care at his clinic will continue with the excellent doctors and staff employed at WLFHC.

My entire family has been going to West Linn Family Health Center for several years. We all love them! They are friendly, efficient and yet take the time to talk with you and answer all your questions. Dr. Farley has given me advice and information that specialists have failed to offer. He has also referred me to specialists, when needed, and I have always been happy with them. I really like how organized and responsive they are while at the same time they are compassionate and caring.

Dr. David Farley, one of the medical doctors at the West Linn Family Health Center, has been my family doctor for over 20 years. He is highly professional and knowledgeable about his field and takes the time to answer any and all of my questions. All the staff at the clinic are caring and efficient and the PeaceHealth lab is downstairs, making it very convenient to have blood work done before my annual checkups. I highly recommend Dr. Farley to anyone looking for a great doctor and the West Linn Family Health Center in general.

Dr. Farley has been my physician for five years. I see him annually for routine check-​ups and being pregnant, he has been caring for me through this first pregnancy. I trust Dr. Farley because he has not given me a reason not to. If I have a concern, he listens and explains what may be the cause in understandable terms, which I appreciate. He supports my decisions when it comes to my health. I have found him to be more conservative than aggressive, but pro-​active when I feel he needs to be. In fact, my whole family has seen him for the last 15−20+ years. One thing that keeps me coming back is his wonderful bedside manner and his kind and sensitive team of people.

Dr. Percell is the best! So easy to talk to, kind, and understanding. She is extremely knowledgable and driven in finding out how to get you at your best health. I’m so glad I found her as I’ve had some less than great doctors in the past who rush you out and don’t really seem to care if your symptoms aren’t life threatening. Luckily, Dr. Percell is the opposite. Seriously, I can’t recommend her enough!

As soon as my insurance kicked in, I found that Dr. Breanna Percell was in my network, and did I luck out! She is a *great* doctor, very friendly and extremely easy to talk to. Everyone at the clinic seems genuinely nice, and they are very flexible when it comes to making payments.

I have been a patient since before I was born. Dr. Endo and Dr. Farley delivered me. I was a c-​section. Every since then which has been 20 years I apparently have been their most strong willed child and everyone knows me. I have recently moved away and can not stress enough how AMAZING they are in comparison to all the doctors & health professionals I’ve seen lately (around 20). I normally see Liberty when I go here and have known here since as long as I can remember. I don’t think they take on new patients as they have so many already, BUT if they do this is the place to go!

We used to love West Linn Family Health Center, but unfortunately, our favorite doctor left and we were left wanting. A situation came up with one of my kids and I have never felt so much like a number. They are fine for well child visits and are very nice. But when my kiddo was sick, I went elsewhere after being concerned with the interest they showed and getting us through the process as quickly as possible. We miss Liberty!

I’ve been a patient of WLFHC (specifically Dr. Endo) since 1995. Every year their practice gets worse and worse. The stuff they’d flub up on when I was a kid was no big deal (well​.it was at least forgivable). The nurse practitioners would keep telling me I «just had the flu» when I, on more than one occasion, had severe strep throat, but for some reason they never thought to do a throat swab, even though my throat was blistered and bright red. As a teen I struggled with some normal, teen angst. I was immediately put on anti-​depressants, at the age of 16. I’m still on them today, because the withdrawal symptoms are so debilitating I literally cannot function without taking them. When I started college, I found the ADD-​like symptoms I was able to cover up as a kid/​teen, were more apparent than ever. Dr. Endo recommended a local psychiatrist for ADD testing. I was given ONE test by this psychiatrist before it was «confirmed» that I had adult ADD and medication was recommended. This psychiatrist recommended I stop taking my anti-​depressants cold turkey and start taking Stratera (which was a brand new, failed anti-​depressant-​turned-​ADD medication at the time). I expressed my concerns about going off my meds cold turkey and he assured me that the anti-​depressant effects that come with Stratera would cancel out any withdrawl symptoms I would normally get from stopping anti-​depressants cold turkey. I brought the questionable recommendation back to Dr. Endo and she didn’t even give the sheet a second look. «If that’s what Dr. „X“ says is best, I trust his judgement.» I wish I would have trusted my own… the next 4 weeks were the worst 4 weeks of my life, as I went in and out of depressive, dizzy spells; bordering on the edge of suicidal thoughts and irrational actions. I was so dizzy I couldn’t go to my classes and had to withdrawl from all my classes that term. And I was seeing Dr. Endo about my concentration problems in school… I continued calling Dr. Endo during the 4 weeks I was on the Stratera and she kept assuring me the light at the end of the tunnel was just a day away. I finally mentioned my sudden suicidal thoughts (which i had NEVER in my life had before taking the stratera), and she quickly switched me to Adderall and put me back on anti-​depressants. Over the next few years I went back for things here and there; each new nurse practioner they hire seems to be less tactful than the one before. Nurse Andrew Gerry, laughed out loud and yelled, «ew!» when I showed him my nail fungus, which he then assured me was just a squished toenail. 5 weeks later (at a podiatrist), I’m told I have horrible nail fungus. If you’re still reading this, it gets worse: I went into WLFHC and saw Sherri about my adderall prescription. They had me on the XR and I sometimes felt like a monster at the end of the day on them so I asked if I could split the prescription so I could take an XR if I had an enormous day of school ahead or take an IR if my schedule was fairly normal. I wanted to do this so I wasn’t lying awake all night after taking an XR at 3pm to do homework. I had been taking adderral for 4 years now, mind you. Sherri got the feeling for some reason that I was trying to abuse a «schedule I controlled substance», and not only would she not consider a different type of adderall, but she cut my dosage per day in half. She gave me no reason for this and just kept repeating, «Well then you need to go see Dr. „X“ again so he can reevaluate you», when I would tell her that her decision to cut my medication dosage in half was very confusing to say the least. I tried calling Dr. Endo about the situation, but she wouldn’t talk to me. She kept having her nurse relay a message to me that she, «didn’t feel comfortable» perscribing adderall and I needed to go back to ANOTHER, DIFFERENT psychisian that she recommended to be reevaluated AGAIN for a medication I had been taking for 4 years and until I was reevaluated she could not write me a prescription. If this sounds confusing to you, it’s because it is. The last thing I want to mention is that WLFHC used to be pretty speedy about RX refill requests and calling you back promptly. It was something they did pretty well, actually! In the past 2 years I have had to go 2 to 3 days at a time without my antidepressants and gone into serious withdrawls because NO ONE at WLFHC will call the pharmacy back, or when they do, they say I need to come in for an appointment to get a refill. And BEFORE you can schedule and appointment, you have to talk to the billing specialist to see if you have ANY past due balance (I had a balance of 1.56 last time and I had to play phone tag with Roxanne in billing, for 3 days before she called me back and I was able to schedule an appointment). If you’re STILL reading this, thank you, and steer clear from this family practice. They treat you like a number & blindly obey rules. They put no thought into their patients’ care.

This is without doubt the worst experience I have ever received with a health care provider. After being referred to them for a compounding medication, I was contacted with questions five times by different people via telephone. I am changing insurance, thus was told that I could not get an appointment with the doctor to discuss the problem and would have to see a nurse. I made arrangements to leave work and met with probably the worst nurse I have ever encountered. After being told on the telephone that she could refill my current prescription, she told me that in fact I would have to encounter a major group of tests I did not need before she could do it. She told me the doctor would be available on Friday; however, I told her that I had an all day business conference on Friday. This is after being told that I could not see the doctor.
I left telling her not to dare bill my insurance for this waste of time. This was a bait and switch deal. These people make money just testing instead of treating. I told this prune faced person (the nurse named Sherri who did not smile) that I was offended beyond belief and was not having the conversation I should be having with her. I should be having it with the doctor – Dr. Percell – who was not available, according to the many previous phone calls, although was magically available on Friday, according to sherri.
I am absolutely fed up with this kind of treatment from American health care. We spend a fortune for nothing. Our outcomes are terrible compared to European health care, and we just get tested to death (literally if you consider the invasive and tests that involve radiation) without the excellent outcomes Europeans get. I know this because I lived there.
This is yet another example of bad health care. As long as people here don’t ask questions and demand answers and take responsibility for their health care, we will continue to allow doctors, hospitals and insurers to continue the money machine. We lose; they win.
If I were you, I’d stay away from these people. They don’t allow intelligence; just blind obedience. And that can get you killed.
