Growing up on a farm in Columbus, Indiana, Gretel Kulupka first enjoyed being an entrepreneur when selling her home grown strawberries along the roadside. Later, having found a big box of office supplies in her front yard, she sold them to her schoolmates! «Looking back, I remember loving commerce since I was really young. Playing store with my cousins was one of my favorite games.»

Since opening her shop in November of 2004, Gretel has been happily serving the Greater Lafayette area. «It’s funny sometimes, how life unfolds. I had never imagined that I would someday operate a fun little gift shop! But it seems that all of my roads have led me here. I am one of the lucky ones who loves going to ‘work’ every day.»
