MPGroup is a collaboration of licensed senior architects, engineers, contractors and other certified construction technical experts, each with a lifetime of expertise in their respective field. We are a consulting firm specializing in construction related Forensic Expert Witness, Mediation, Forensic Photography and Demonstrative Evidence services for the legal, insurance and business communities.

Michael P.

Business Owner

Michael is a second generation general building contractor. He learned the business from his father and built industrial, commercial and residential projects. After the passing of his father, he conducted continuous inspections of high-​strength reinforced masonry and reinforced concrete work as a «Special Inspector /​Deputy Building Inspector» during the course of construction for hundreds of construction projects for more than 14 years while licensed by both the County of Los Angeles and the City of Los Angeles and certified by the International Conference of Building Officials (ICBO). During this period Michael was also the Inspector of Record (IOR) for numerous hospital construction projects and was registered as a Class «A» Construction Inspector for health facilities by the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD), as well as for public schools, college districts and other state owned facilities registered by the Division of the State Architect (DSA).
