History

Established in 1996.

In 1996 Loren Dunsworth purchased her first property on Fairfax and opened the legendary Lola’s, creating one of the first Martini menus in Los Angeles, and introducing the world to The Apple Martini. A residential property followed in a natural progression and then 2 income properties over the next few years. Her love of real estate and her natural gift for sales and marketing lead to the current chapter and she is delighted to now be with the John Aaroe Group on the Sunset Strip.

Loren Dunsworth was the owner operator of the legendary Lola’s in West Hollywood for 17 years. Before that she worked as Director of Special Events for The House of Blues generating over $ 2million dollars in event sale the first year.

She is a property owner (commercial, residential and income properties) as well as property manager.
