In 2006, I started my real estate business by helping friends and family buying their first home because they said they need a good agent that care about them. Since then my business keep growing based on recommendations.

Being in real estate is more than just showing homes and filling out paperwork. I never lost my passion for helping people who needed help with a transaction. It truly is in my blood.

I love coaching my client’s buyers and seller on a one-​on-​one basis and being present on the transaction to consult them and share my knowledge. I care about the millions of homeowners and the real estate industry as a

whole. I thought long and hard and prayed harder for what I should do.

We were young couple trying to start our life together, getting our first home. Rosy was there for us not only as an agent but as a big sister and advisor. Rosy is great. She helped my family with our first house purchase in 2012 in woodland hills. We were obviously very nervous about buying a house. Rosy was very helpful through the process and kept me in the loop as to where we are in the escrow process. She was also great about responding to emails and text messages by the end of the day (and usually within a couple hours).
We were so happy with her services that we continued to use her as i made offers on other properties last year in the west valley area. I will definitely use her services in the future. I would encourage everyone to give her a shot.

We met Rosy at an Open House and we were impressed with her from the moment we met her. Our family was looking an investment condo/​townhouse and we had been looking for a couple months. In comes Rosy, who helped my best friend and his wife purchase their first home about four years ago.

I was referred to Rosy by friends who were referred by other friends and it turns out she’s been referred to and by many friends and friends of friends. Since my first time working with Rosy, I have used her every time since for multi family and my first single family homes. It’s hard to encompass Rosy and her services in writing. I fully appreciate her personality and character, work ethic, and her drive to help people find homes.
Rosy is very responsive, she has never pressured me, she makes the process very easy, and will meet you just about any place at any time to show a property and spend as much time as you need. She will get all questions answered and will never fail to point out something that doesn’t look right — and being that she truly is a professional with experience, not much gets by her. Best of all, she will FIGHT for you if something does come up that puts you, her client, at any type of disadvantage.
She care’s about people and that people are happy and find a good home. She is happy to work and while it IS business, I have never got that feeling from her. For example, there have been properties I’ve asked about that she has had uneasy feelings about, investigated, presented the facts and offer what she would do. And I trust her knowledge and expertise and conscience. There was an instance where she went way beyond what any realtor would do to get me through escrow, hah it was perfectly legal, and for all of her hard work I will use always and she is the first and only RE Agent I will refer to anyone. Rosy is truly thee person for the job I really can’t say how pleased I am with the way she works and how she genuinely wants to help people into their homes, for their own happiness. Amazing.

Rosy is the best!
Back in 2010 my wife and I were looking to find a home but were a bit gun-​shy after a shady experience with another realtor. This guy pressured us into making an offer we never should have made. Thank god it was turned down. Lesson learned.
Enter Rosy! She was referred to us from a friend of mine so we decided to meet with her. Over a cup of coffee she made us feel extremely comfortable. She looked at what we had financially and listened to what we were looking for in a home. Never any pressure!
Between our own research from
and her suggestions we set out looking at places. I really enjoyed her courteous style. For example, she never hovered over us when my wife and I stood in an empty living room discussing our opinions. She kindly allowed us to huddle up and talk before sharing her thoughts, which are always so helpful btw.
Never out for the quick sell, Rosy is a realtor with a soul and your happiness is so important to her.
A moment that really sticks out to me was when we’d been zipping around LA all day. Two more houses to go, one in Eagle Rock, followed by a similar property in Sherman Oaks. Afterwards, I was curious about some features back at the Eagle Rock location and Rosy was more than happy to go right back there. Our former realtor would never have made that time for us.
In the end, we found a beautiful home, at a great price! Rosy sends gifts on holidays and on the anniversary of the sale. Always a wonderful reminder of how fun our experience with her was. Back to that first cup of coffee when Rosy said she was our pilot. And on this journey there will be some turbulence at times, but that she would land us home safely. She definitely did!
