This is the best experience I’ve ever had at a doctor’s office. Dr. Liddy is the real deal. I went in to see him because my right foot was completely swollen and I could barely walk. He really listened to me and my concerns. He took an x-​ray and nothing was wrong with my foot, so he suggested I see Dr. Lim, the acupuncturist that works in his office. Dr. Lim healed the blood stagnation in my foot in two months. And I love the sweet front desk ladies, Raquel and Karina. I can’t recommend this office enough.

Very happy with the outcome of corrective toe surgery Dr Liddy did for me. He’s very skilled at his craft. He’s engaged, detailed, kind and determined on delivering great results.
Ronnie too was very sweet and detailed about planning, follow ups, and insurance questions.
And the receptionist and nurse exceed a high standard of customer service that Dr Liddy’s practice upholds

I recently went to a podiatrist in the area and was unsatisfied with the options that were given to me. I googled the nearest podiatrist to me at the time, and as faith would have it Dr Liddy was on the same street. I called the office at 3:30 and they told me to come in and the Doctor would see me, I said to my self «this must not be a very busy or good Doctor to see me on such a short notice» boy was I wrong.
The staff was very inviting with smiles, water and candy. Dr Liddy seen me and right away took x-​rays and thoroughly explained to me what my options were. I immediately felt comfortable and not rushed, I scheduled a bunionectomy on my left foot along with a correction to my 2^nd toe. The surgery was a success no doubt.
shortly after while getting physical therapy from Ronnie Liddy I seen a family member there. He said «you know we only go to the best» and I laughed with agreeance. I am currently still going there for PT and acupuncture which is amazing! I would not consider seeing another podiatrist or should I say Jack of all traits. Meaning he also removed staples out of my daughters head. I would not just trust anyone with this delicate procedure. I truly feel blessed to have chosen this Doctor and staff. My family and friends now joke with me and call me sexy toes.

I don’t even think there are nice enough words to say about Dr. Liddy and his incredible staff. I went here on a whim based off of all the other reviews, and could not be happier that I did.
Dr. Liddy took his time with me, and had incredible bedside manner. It was so refreshing to see a doctor who wasn’t rushing you out the door and who was open to explaining your body and condition so that you can understand what’s happening to your body! He casted me for orthotics and I’m so excited to see how much easier life will be with them.
In addition, Roni and the very nice lady at the front desk made the experience a true ¹⁰⁄₁₀. They were very kind and were able to get me in as soon as possible and even help me with a separate knee issue I was having.
I will recommend this doctor to anyone who needs a Podiatrist in the future!

I had my second post op visit today, 11 days post op. I can’t get over seeing my toe in a straight line! Amazing. I can’t say enough nice things about Dr. Liddy and his wonderful staff. From my first appointment I felt at ease. Dr. Liddy’s ability to explain the problem and walk you through the entire procedure made an immediate impact on what I considered to be a second opinion visit. I chose him to do my surgery on that first visit. Even after the surgery I was contacted daily for the first 3 days on my status. What doctor does this? Not just the that, I was also given their cell phone numbers in case I had any concerns or questions. Definitely the best medical care I have ever received.

I am very fortunate to have been in the middle of putting together a flooring project with Roni when I rolled my ankle playing basketball. It was on a Sunday, so unfortunately I did go to the ER who did absolutely nothing for me other than confirming I had a fracture on my fifth metatarsal, gave me some crutches, and told me to go see a podiatrist. Fortunately I had met Roni, and Dr. Liddy a few weeks prior.
The moment I contacted the office I started receiving the aid one needs when sustaining a fracture on the foot. The ER doc didn’t explain the severity of not putting any weight on it, luckily I used common sense, and didn’t walk on it. However when speaking to Roni she very much made me feel the sense of urgency to get over there, and not put any weight on it. This gave me the feeling that I was gonna be well taken care of by doctors that specialize in foot injuries.
When meeting with Dr. Liddy he felt around, and immediately put my mind at ease explaining that he felt that I hadn’t received any additional injuries other then the fracture itself. At that point I had done a lot of research on my own, and had tons of questions for him. I know from a professional standpoint it can be quite annoying when one has so many questions rather then letting one just do their jobs. Dr. Liddy was very patient with me, and did his best to help me understand, and understood that this was an elimination process for my own peace of mind, and did his best to give me a level of comfort.
I also have to point out the front office. They were so helpful, and kind. They didn’t let me get up to get the paperwork, instead they brought it to me and grabbed it from me when I was done. Thank you…
With that said, I am happy to say that I have a Podiatrist for life.

This review is way overdue. What a wonderful find Dr. Liddy and his staff are! He came highly recommended to me by my daughter’s ice skating coach, an-​Olympic level athlete treated years ago by Dr. Liddy for complicated feet issues. My daughter needed to be seen urgently for a possibly fracture and his office accommodated us. Thank God for our coach’s recommendation! Dr. Liddy is not your average doctor. He spent a lot of time to explain my daughter’s foot condition and was able to get her healed quickly. So, a year later, I too became a patient (after I saw how well he and his staff work) for a life-​long problem with hammertoes in my 2 baby toes. I had surgery back in my 20s that failed. Dr. Liddy did corrective surgery on 3 toes that worked and had me healing quickly. His follow-​up care is outstanding. Later, Roni Liddy provided the post-​op rehab to make sure my toes were indeed «fixed». I can now walk pain-​free for the first time in my entire adult life. My toes are straight now! I owe it to them for their outstanding work ethic and care. They also handled all my health insurance stuff preoperatively and post-​op (such a nightmare for anyone) and I never had to worry about anything. Thank you so much, Dr. Liddy and your special staff! We are forever grateful.

Dr. Liddy is just the best. The entire office is super nice and efficient. I had a ganglion cyst removed from my toe. He assessed and gave me options on the spot. He quoted a price and gave me full details on the procedure and after care. He’s very direct and thorough… which made me feel very calm and taken care of. Two thumbs up! #BrettApproved

Dr. Liddy handled my foot fracture from diagnosis to just about fully recovered.
He’s awesome. Seriously, no complaints.
Having a broken foot sucks, but having a great doctor makes it just a little bit more bearable.

I would give Dr. Liddy 6 stars, or more, if I could! Dr. Liddy, his wife Roni, and the team are exceptional and went above and beyond for me. Dr. Liddy came highly recommended by a coworker so I went to see him when my right toe joint started to hurt. Dr. Liddy performed an osteotomy to alleviate the pain in that joint and also repaired cartilage damage. He did a wonderful job on the surgery and I have recovered quickly and easily. Dr. Liddy is a wonderful doctor and his whole staff is so amazing you actually want to go to your appointments. Dr. Liddy is always accessible, even after hours, and you never feel rushed during appointments.
I am truly going to miss everyone at Liddy Podiatry and would highly recommend them to anyone– do not go anywhere else– this is it!

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Liddy and all his staff. First off they are just the nicest people and so helpful, but most of all he helped me so much with my foot pain. I have played professional sports and been around many doctors, but Dr. Liddy is one of the most effective I’ve ever been too. I could barely walk when I first went in and I was felling a thousand times better once I left. I wouldn’t go to anyone else now. Trust me when I say if you’re feet or ankles hurt, go see him!

There isn’t enough I can say about how grateful I am to have found Dr. Liddy. From the first appointment, he was very thorough, caring, kind and explained all my options, including what my insurance covered!
I had a bunion and hammer toe surgery yesterday. It went very well, and so far, I have had very little pain. Dr. Liddy has personally called me a couple of times to check in! The last time my hubby and I went to his office, my hubby mentioned to Dr. Liddy that we were going yo try the little Italian restaurant behind his office. (Gotta remind myself to review that place too! So good!) Turns out Dr. Liddy and his wonderful wife, Ronni know the owners. They totally hooked us up with a great table, and sent over dessert!
I mean, WOW…
His staff is very attentive and caring too. They took care of all the insurance stuff and I actually look forward to going to my appointments!
You will be extremely happy for choosing Dr. Liddy. I only wish all doctors and practices were as exceptional as his.

Dr. Timothy Liddy and Roni Liddy are two of the kindest, most sympathetic people I have ever met. They make anything possible and go out of their way at their loss to make my life easier both physically and financially. I love everyone here. Oh, and Dr. Liddy’s work is AMAZING! I’ve never felt so great and motivated after a surgery, let alone two so close together. Dr. Timothy Liddy did a fantastic job. He’s done two surgeries and ten procedures on my right foot; Then he did six procedures on my left foot, four pins, a ton of stitches, and physical therapy and all in the past three months. I’m so close to getting back on my bike, I can’t believe it. No other doctor/​surgeon I’ve had in my life has helped me achieve such greatness in my life, and especially in such a short amount of time. Words can’t even describe how great Dr. Liddy and everyone in his office is. Thank you all! On the road to getting back on the road.

I’m a very active person and going on strenuous hikes, playing hours of beach volleyball, snowboarding all day, or going paddle boarding for extended periods of time are just a typical day for me. A fellow beach volleyball player recommended Dr. Liddy to me in early 2014 after a typical SoCal weekend of sports left me unable to walk for 3 days. The MRI showed that I had micro tears in the tendon of my left foot. We tried the standard PT sessions for a few months and I cut my activities down to the bare minimum to allow my foot to heal. After about 4 months I tested my foot in the sand by playing 1 ½ hours of beach volleyball only to be severely disappointed when my foot started to swell again and the pain came back. With beach volleyball season right around the corner I was starting to get desperate to get back in the sand when I heard about an amniogenic stem cell treatment. I consulted with Dr. Liddy and he agreed that I was a perfect candidate for this new cutting edge treatment and we scheduled the procedure to inject the amniotic tissue into my tendon. In just 2 ½ weeks my foot went from being about 50% healed to 80% and in 4 weeks my foot was at 95%. I’m now back in the sand playing competitive beach volleyball on a regular basis with no pain or swelling thanks to Dr. Liddy and the amniogenic stem cell treatment!
I highly recommend Dr. Liddy both for being an excellent doctor in the traditional field of podiatry but also in his ability to be innovative and educated in new medical technology that could change the game and increase the quality of life for his patients.

In 2012 I underwent my first major surgery under the care of Dr. Liddy. At this point I had been seeing Dr. Liddy and Ronni for some time; their loving, caring nature and thorough explanation of the procedure had already put my mind at ease. It was no surprise that they were able to do the same for my grandparents and parents the morning of the surgery. It was also reassuring that Dr. Liddy was excited about my surgery, he said «this is going to be fun!» That just shows the passion he has for his craft.
Surgery went great, during the healing process h/​w looking at my Vienna sausage toes and Jimmy Dean feet, I wondered if I’d done the right thing. I knew my feet would never be the same. During physical therapy Ronni assured me that my feet would heal beautifully with pretty scars. She was right, but the pretty scars lasted less than a year. Looking at my pretty toes now, you would never know the extensive work Dr. Liddy and Ronni put in to my feet (the scars are incredibly faint). I am so happy I found them while I still had insurance! They fixed the bone structure I was born with and never even realized was the cause of major discomfort and aesthetically displeasing hyperkeratosis. All that to be said Ronni and Dr. Liddy performed their job expertly, but thats not why Im writing this review…
About 5 months after my surgery, I had already started back to work and school and I was saving up my pennies to purchase the $ 500 customized insoles I desperately needed. I got a call from the beautiful Anna, saying I needed to call the office right away Dr. Liddy had some news to share with me. My heart dropped, I thought the worse, maybe something with my insurance. But when I called, Dr. Liddy informed me that he had ordered my customized insoles and he would also be covering the cost of them!!! He knew I was struggling as a full time student and pt retail employee. Words cannot explain my gratitude for this gift! The generosity and heart of Liddy Podiatry is what brings them such massive success. Anyone can master their craft, but to truly care about people and influence their lives is becoming a rare quality.
I strongly encourage you to look no further for your Podiatry needs, you are in the best hands and the best heart with Dr. Liddy, his wife Ronni, and their family staff.

I met DR. Liddy back in 2005 when I started working at a restaurant across the street from his office. The four years I was there I witnessed nothing but a lot of people really happy with his work, even my former boss had a foot procedure done in Dr. Liddy’s office and was very pleased with the results.
I’ve suffered from a ingrown toenail for many years but I was affraid of doing the procedure to fix it since I had friends doing the old-​fashioned way back in my country and they weren’t too happy about it.
A while ago Dr. Liddy told me there was a non-​invasive way of fixing my problem which didn’t require stiches and blood everywhere, a procedure that uses some kind of acid to kill part of the nail root and let your toe live in peace with your new sized nail, and the best part: no stitches and you exit walking!
After a long time thinking about it and being back in my country for quite a while, one day I decided to fly from Rio, BRAZIL back to LA and get my problem finally fixed forever.
The procedure went perfectly well, a little painful but nothing compared to what I had suffered for many years having to deal with that painful ingrown toe nail.
Its been about 9 months since and the result is still amazing.

I originally found Dr. Liddy and his lovely wife Ronni after doing some serious damage to my foot while exercising back in August of last year. I was in excruciating pain and was not particularly mobile or able to drive, and I needed to find someone in my neighborhood near Cedars fast. They took me in the next day for some X-​rays and discovered that I had torn about 50−75% of the peroneal tendon in my foot; quite a serious injury which required surgery and many months of physical therapy after that.
Dr. Liddy’s surgery went extremely well and within a few weeks I was back up on my feet and mobile again, though the rehab process is a long one and you definitely need to follow up with PT treatments quite regularly — something I wasn’t quite ready for, but was mandatory.
Dr. Liddy has a great relationship with his patients (me included) and you really become one of the family when you go see him, especially when long term treatment is needed. I couldn’t recommend him higher for his services and professionalism, and his wife Ronni is a great physical therapist who also helped me survive the sometimes painful rehab process.
Take note that Dr. Liddy is out of network on a lot of plans, which caught me offguard as I was in an emergency situation and needed help fast. Is he worth the extra out of network prices? Absolutely, because you actually get what you’re paying for, great service and top notch care. Dr. Liddy is definitely an expert at fitness and sports related foot injuries, thus if you find yourself injured from working out or running (like me), he’s the guy for you. He also does orthotics, and he just hooked my up with a new set for my running shoes, which are working perfectly.
Check with other doctors for references if you must, but I found him on Unilocal and also learned he had shared many patients with my previous GP, who is now retired. Thus it was an easy decision for me to choose him for treatment.
If you’re in pain, I’m sorry, and good luck — but go see Dr. Liddy! He’ll take care of you.

I went to see Dr. Liddy regarding a foot injury after running my first 10k without training. He was incredibly helpful. The cuboid bone in my foot was dislocated and he popped it back in. He also told me to come in whenever and he would adjust it back in for me as needed.
I also have a very high deductible and they were considerate with respect to my financial situation.
I highly recommend!

Up until recently I have been quite pleased with the work Dr. Liddy has done on my feet. However, on ¹⁄₂₃ I visit Dr. Liddy with a new problem which happens to be an ingrown toenail on my big toe/​left foot.
Dr. Liddy apparently had no receptionist that day and was there by himself. He sees me and gives me some options. Then he is unsure about what my insurance will or will not cover. The net result is I see him and nothing at all gets done. Understand I am a busy guy that travels on business each week. Making any doctor’s appointment is a challenge.
At minimum he should have verified my insurance coverage while there assuring me that what they do pay him would be credited towards my work. Last year he removed 3 planters warts from my feet. One came out with laser, a 2^nd acid and a third had to be excised. Bottom line is he collected $ 1,105.50 from my insurance provider plus 2 co-​pays = $ 1,205.50. Not a bad haul for a few warts, right? Obviously I don’t have the worst insurance.
Turns out my insurance will in fact offset some of the cost so the procedure won’t be all that costly. Clearly this guy I have the utmost respect for is now concerned about how much he can collect from me and my insurance company vs. taking care of the pain in my toe. Just because he does not like my health care provider is no reason to treat me like dirt. He has gotten rid of his receptionist to save a few bucks. Who knows what’s next?
Clearly it is time to move on and find a podiatrist to get the job done. Foot pain is an issue and you need a doctor that is willing and able to get things done.
Nothing upsets me more than seeing a doctor and getting nothing done. Hopefully Dr. Liddy has enough billionaire patients to sustain his business. Dr. Liddy may be a good doctor but clearly is a miserable human being whom could care less if his patients rot.
