Kaitlyn was amazing! Not only did she offer great advice on what to do with my hair… she dealt with my nervous nelly self as she did each step. For me — having a personable hair dresser (cuz let’s face it, as a lady, you are stuck with them for 2 plus hours) is super important. Kaitlyn provided a great color and good conversation. Overall an A+ experience!

Everytime I get my hair done with kaitlyn it’s an experience. From my hot tea, to my scalp massage, to my mini facial while my hair color is processing… It’s fabulous! She listens to what I want and makes me feel like royalty!
I highly recommend getting your hair done by kaitlyn! When u leave not only will u look fabulous, u will be glowing from ear to ear because her energy is, well SpARKLY!

Kaitlyn Pillock, is amazing! I can’t remember the last time I LOVED my haircut this much. I have long, naturally curly hair that I wear both curly and straight. She gave me the perfect cut that is very flattering to BOTH styles, (for those of you with curls, you know that’s not easy to do). I will definitely be back to see her! Highly recommended :)

I visited Kaitlyn’s Aveda Salon in May – yeah, it took me awhile to get back to writing a review – what can I say, life gets hectic. I was visiting LA with my partner, and we stopped in to browse the fabulous sportswear on offer, which is when we discovered the FANTASTIC services offered exclusively by Kaitlyn, an Aveda professional who knows exactly what you need, and won’t pressure you into anything ya don’t. So whether you need a great cut with spa services, some awesome products to look your best before that hot date – or both – Kaitlyn’s the one to make it happen. Simply put, she’s a credit to her trade, and can help right even the worst haircut mistake. Making an appointment is super easy, too – just reach her at the salon or directly on her cell – you’ll be glad you did.

Kaitlyn is amazing. I would definately recommend anyone who wants to feel and look amazing to her. she will make your week… If you love aveda, she is your girl… Kaitlyn will take the time to pamper you with stress relieving experiences to the max just because and she really loves what she does and it definately shows… 5 star service for such a bargain… Go see her… It’s a must!

I’ve been visiting this salon for the past six months and I can’t recommend Kaitlyn Pillock highly enough. I’ve made some pretty drastic changes to my hairstyle and each time Kaitlyn has done an amazing job — always delivering what I want, and then some!
She has an amazing knowledge of all Aveda products and is by far the best Aveda stylist I’ve ever visited, and at a price which is the best value for money in WeHo.

Kaitlyn Pillock, is the only «Aveda» Specialist you should see! She is awesome! She took her time with me, understanding exactly what I wanted to do with my hair. We both made the choices together. I have always used Aveda products and never had an «Aveda» experience before, all I can say is «WOW»! You get a mini facial with some of the best products while your color is processing, and a head and neck massage, all of this included in the price! The prices are so reasonable, I could not believe it.
The salon is super clean and again it is the spa experience that I love!
I do agree the walking pass all of the boy’s underwear is a bit much. A note to the owner of the salon, don’t diminish the Aveda experience. I think you need to have a display window of one side of that clearly lets people know this is an Aveda salon. Plus have a clear pathway of the «salon» experience.” Maybe move the store upstairs, and have the salon downstairs.
Personally, I love that is an Aveda salon in West Hollywood, as I don’t have to drive I can walk there! I would love it you would add a mani/​pedi experience too!
As your salon customers don’t want to be dragging up and down the stairs, anyway. I’m just saying that a lot of customers might be put off by the boys underwear. Most woman like a salon experience, and Kaitlyn provides that and the set up with the antique chairs and cool brushed steel, it is so LA, which I love. Just making it pass all of the underwear is a bit much, takes away from the essence of the experience.
