History

Established in 1984.

Increasing ‘non-​negotiable peace’ globally is Gerard’s personal, tireless, relentless mission. The vision was accelerated on Sept. 11, 2001. That very night, «Lady J» stayed up and created The only «Peace Gallery» in existence, right next door to her design studio. The collections feature t-​shirts, jeans, couture gowns, jewelry, furniture, art, home accessories, and more. Each uniquely embellished with original «Peace Gallery» symbols as well as the beloved traditional symbol, so that each person on earth can have something with a peace sign. Gerard’s background in interior design also led her to launch «Peace Gallery» Homes & Resorts resulting in immediate interest from investors, builders and buyers alike.

Since day one, JGerard designs have been hanging in closets world over alongside Prada, Versace, Gucci, Miyake, Westwood, Lagerfeld and Dior & Armani. In April of 2009, a «Peace Couture» gown from the «Peace Gallery» was featured on the runway for St. Judge’s Children’s Charity Ga

Julia ‘Lady J’ Gerard is a fashion designer and rebel WITH a cause. She is a long-​time designer of couture clothing for many of Hollywood’s elite. After the events of 9/​11, ‘Lady J’ decided to open up a second arm to her business, the «Peace Gallery,» which features originally designed t-​shirts, jeans, jewelry, art, home accessories and much more, each embellished with peace sign symbols. JGerard /​«Peace Gallery» showcases both Julia’s couture line and her Peace Gallery line.
