These guys are clueless, let’s start with the phones, the only professional there is a person called Olga, the rest answer the phone like someone is forcing them with a whip, the paralegal has absolute no clue of what a paralegal does, nobody answers your questions there, but when they want to sign you up their calling is absurd and even they send someone at your place, once you’re signed you’re treated like a beggar and totally ignore you; they are so clueless that I, the injured person had to do their job, they were about to send me to the state fund for injured workers with employers with no insurance, because that’s how easy they give up and lack the knowledge and conviction to ever get something done; I got them the name of the insurance carrier, address, phone number, heck even the policy number, all the data and still they couldn’t make the insurance get me any benefits for 5 long years, I made the insurance pay me the benefits not them; it was me!
And when they feel your case is too much to handle they transfer you to some mediocre attorney in Reseda.
Thankfully I did some research and found THE STATE BAR OF CALIFORNIA, and as soon as I can I am submitting proof of Iglow&bachrach’s lack of ethics along with proof of their incompetence and so much more as complaints so they get punished.
DO NOT USE IGLOW&BACHRACH YOU’LL REGRET IT!

Amazing. My partner was injured at work and had trouble getting compensated for the treatment; this was the law firm she ended up working with and they’ve been invaluable and just so on the ball every step of the way. They not only got her set with treatment plans, surgery and living expenses, but they’re always there when she calls, incredibly polite and friendly and have taken a huge amount of stress off of us.
I can’t recommend them highly enough.
