I work long hours and even though I walk my dogs twice a day, it’s not quite enough activity for them. I needed a solution for a couple days a week and Hot Dog on a Run was so great working out a schedule with me! I can tell a noticeable difference when they’ve gone on a walk or a hike, my dogs are pretty high energy so it’s great that they can get so much exercise and socialization while I’m at work all day. Love their team, and so do my dogs!!!

Tara and her team are exceptional. You definitely get what you pay for. My sweet Dory who passed away last year had very special needs and Tara and Chelsea in particular were the only people I could trust. I can’t say how much it meant to me to be able to count on them when I was out of town or busy. The last 6 months of Dory’s life were challenging and I definitely couldn’t have done it without Hot Dog on a Run. I have tried several different dog walkers & sitters and these guys are a step above.

There is no one more trust worthy than Tara and her team. It’s just that simple. She cares for her dogs and runs her business with the absolute utmost top notch care. I highly recommend.

We have moved 7 times in 9 years and are always anxious about finding great dog walkers. We were SO happy to find Tara and her crew. They have been wonderful and accommodating. My schedule changes week to week and often at the last minute. Our girls were always taken care of. Unfortunately we are moving, AGAIN — we are so sad we can’t take Hot Dog on a Run with us!

Tara and her crew are great! I’ve used them for almost a year for dog walking and boarding. They take great care of our 2 sweet babies and send us nice pictures of them while we’re away. Never had any problems and they are 100% reliable. Couldn’t be any happier with their services.

This vape store is the nicest in the area! Jared is super nice. I flew into town to visit family and forgot my vape charger and this shop had what I needed at a great price!

I started using hot dog on a run to walk my shepherd in late 2013 and they’ve been great. My girl usually walks with them twice a week and always comes home exhausted — i try to book their Runyon walks when i can. Their group walks have REALLY helped socialize my pup and I’m much more comfortable letting her greet other dogs when I’m walking her. Tara has a huge fan base because, really, she’s like the dog whisperer of weho; tiny bit mighty. Thanks hot dog!

I just honestly can’t say enough awesome things about Tara, Jen, Tracey and the whole Hot Dog On A Run crew! They are all so wonderful & I trust them implicitly with our little fur ball. Whether it’s a weekday walk or overnights at the Hot Dog Hotel, I know that our baby is well taken care of & is returned happy and exhausted from all the running and playing around! Tara and her team go above and beyond, always. They are just simply amazing.

This is the best dog walking service ever. Tara and her dog walkers REALLY care about their dogs. I am a big dog lover and I trust them 100%. My dogs always come back happy and tired :) Whenever the dog walker comes, my dogs get so excited. I would suggest this amazing company to anybody!!!

I have been using Hot Dog On A Run for almost 2 years now and I am so happy that I found them! Tara is amazing and is always so willing to accomodate the walks I book. I’m very protective and overbearing about my dogs, they’re basically my children, and I feel perfectly safe in trusting them in Tara’s care. She is also very patient with me and how controlling I am about them. Sometimes I even get suprise texts from Tara telling me she is taking my dogs on an extended walk or playdate, it makes me so happy to know that they really care and put in the effort. They sometimes post pictures on their Facebook page, and its so weird to think that my dogs have this life while I’m at work. It makes me very happy when I see these pictures (for instance, one day they threw a doggie birthday party and I saw the pictures of my dogs there in birthday hats, too cute!!).
At first I was a little hesitant about using a walking service as oppossed to a private walker, which I had had in the past. My last walker stopped walking because she started a family. That’s what I love about using this service, no matter what my request or schedule is, Tara can accomodate because she has an amazing team working for her. So if one walker is out sick, another one can fill in. Makes my life so much easier!
I use them for walks and for overnight pet sitting. Tara always checks in at the end of vacation sitting to make sure I’m safely home (so I don’t have to worry that my pets are left alone should I get stranded).
They also do cat visits for me when I take my dogs out of town, which is so nice and helpful.

Tara and her crew are truly professional. They walked our 2 mini-​dachshunds several times a day while we were gone for a long weekend.
We have cameras and e-​mail alerts on our alarm whenever anyone enters and exits the house, so I know exactly what time they were there — and they were punctual down to the minute and walked the dogs for about 20 minutes (which is as much as their small legs can handle). They’ll even send you photos of your happy dogs while you’re gone!
We’ve had some bad experiences with other dog-​sitters and walkers, so the Hot Dog crew is definitely a good referral to have!

Tara and her team have been a life savior! Not only are they professional but super caring with completive pricing. Arie takes care of my dog when we go away and I am always confident she’s taking the best care of my puppy!
