You came on June 5,2016 to my girls birthday party. My oldest Sam loves Elsa so since she has a sister Ana who is the youngest why not combine there birthday that represents them both. My Ava’s first birthday and Samantha’s 4. Very professional and very talented. There voices were so beautiful. It was a perfect party for my princesses. We went all out and got the big package and it was perfect for all the kids. Thanks again for making it perfect for my girls. Hope you enjoy the pictures! I would hire them again.

We hired Elsa and anna for my daughter’s 3^rd birthday and they were amazing! So fun and friendly. All the kids LOVED singing and dancing with them.

Thank you Enchanted Characters! I have been meaning to write this review for sometime but today they really came through for me. I had a last minute emergency and called Ryan the night before my event to look for a character and with such short notice Ryan found someone for me and called me after hours to confirm the character. I cannot thank you enough for your professionalism and getting me out of a bind.
As for the performer, he was on time and ready to go. The children really enjoyed having him there as Elmo and he was very happy! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

I know Enchanted Characters probably doesn’t need another 5 star review (first world problem, right?! ;-D), but i wouldn’t be doing my Unilocaling due diligence if I didn’t chime in! I called E.C. over three months before my daughter’s bday party to make the initial inquiry (called 3 other places as well!). I thought I was sure they’d think I was an overplanner being so early, but to my surprise (shouldn’t have been I suppose) the Frozen sisters were SO in demand that they said they were already booking into June! WELL THEN.
We had Ellysa and Bee come as «Anna» and «Elsa» respectively– they were amazeballs. Totally in character from the moment they stepped in until the very last royal wave goodbye, beautiful singing voices, abundant energy (we had about 10 preschool age kids) and multi-​talented (balloons and face painting too!). It was clear that they were very experienced and well trained with the little ones.
My advice to anyone considering doing this – and because to be honest, it is no chump change to go with the deluxe package– is to go all out/​have a great big bash. It is worth every penny and the adults will be equally entertained/​charmed. These guys are professionals and will leave everyone with some great memories – most important of course, your little birthday girl/​boy.

We hired Anna and Elsa for my nieces 4^th Birthday and they were amazing! I simply adored them and even though the little one was grumpy because she wanted a nap these girls were so professional. Unfortunately I could not get their names because my sister did the negotiations but I would love to thanks them here. You girls were worth every single penny spent! Their voices were amazing and always in character. Will definitely be coming back to enchanted characters again! Might even consider it for my birthday everyone loved them, no business cards were given but we tried to give out the business info so other people could get ahold of u.

I hired Enchanted Characters for my daughters under the sea 5^th bday party. Best decision ever. I did a lot of research and decided to go with this company. Ryan was super nice and professional. Booking was a breeze. The children were so happy and they entertained them the whole time. I hired Ariel and Elsa. The princesses arrived 30 minutes late. I was completely okay with it since there is always traffic in LA. Mia called me right away to give me a heads up that they were running late. This experience added that extra sparkle to my daughters party. I would definitely hire them again! So worth the price!!!

I highly recommend this company. I shopped around for a while and stumbled upon this company. They were very quick with responses and professional. Great customer service. We booked Elsa for my 2 yr old’s birthday party. Elsa’s wig was beautiful. Her dress was perfect. And Elsa had an amazing voice. All of the little girls at the party were mesmerized. I could not be happier with the performance. Enchanted Characters will be the only company I use in the future.

We requested Anna and Elsa for my daughter’s 3^rd birthday to our house, and it was nothing but spectacular.
We initially encountered them at another party, and since them, they have been on our list for our daughter’s birthday party. We decided to do the party at our backyard, so there are no distractions of jumpers, or other toys. It was probably the best decision that we made. Since Elsa and Anna showed up, it was constant fun for two hours. Everyone seemed amazed, entertained, and both of them are very professional. My daughter loved it!!!
Prior to the event, Elsa contacted me over the cell phone, and was very receptive to every request (s) we had. Ryan was very responsive via email. High recommended. The pictures I post here are taken at the our party!

I hired Ariel the Little Mermaid for my 2 girls’ birthdays turning 1 and 5. My 5 year-​old specifically asked for Ariel «with the mermaid tail, not the dress.» I cannot rave enough about how great she was!
First of all booking was really easy to do online. Ryan responded very quickly via email. I like how the information sheet is detailed and asks specific questions to how the celebrants’ temperament is in crowds — outgoing or shy. This was very helpful for Ariel to cater to my girls’ shy personality.
The day before the party Ariel called me to confirm the location and address. Great!
The day of the party she called me 10 minutes before the appointment time and made sure she was at the right place. When she arrived in full costume OMG all the little kids rushed to her and she greeted my girls first and then made time to hug everyone else waiting for her. Mind you this was a big party (about 60 adults and 40 kids) and everyone was so impressed by how true she was to the character, plus she painted all the kids faces, sang songs (even the adults jaws DROPPED to the floor), sang happy birthday, did the coronation ceremony and crowned them honorary princesses (with tiaras), and played games with the kids on the grass.
After some of us adults finished taking pictures with her, she went back to the kids to say goodbye and my 5 year-​old daughter gave her the longest goodbye hug ever. That moment was WORTH EVERY PENNY!

Due to my own procrastination, I only started planning 5 days from the party. Fortunately, Ryan was able to provide the exact princesses we wanted. I also had a special request of picking up and delivering the princesses to the party zone. The three princesses arrived right on time and were able to be a part of the big show.
The young ladies were the A-​list, beautiful, talented and great with the kids. Everyone commented on how super they were. Costumes, make up, wigs, everything was great. I only wish I had more opportunities to hire them out.

I would just like to say that this is a phenomenal company Ryan was great, he was able to book spiderman for me and everything went smooth and was super easy. So now my review for the character Spiderman who was played by the very talented Ray. Ray id you are reading this you made my 2 year olds birthday absolutely magical. He won’t stop talking about you. So thank you very much!!!
To everyone else on the fence about booking a character. I highly recommend this company and Ray. He is energetic has a great spider man voice and really knows how to make your child’s birthday one to remember. I had my sons party at We Play Loud where there were a ton of kids that were super excited and Ray made sure that he made my son feel special.

Best experience ever! I found this randomly and they were able to accommodate us last minute! Mia was amazing did such a great job with the kids and sealed with some of my brats without a problem!!! She really gets into character and is so sweet!!! from customer service to character on scene I give all 5 stars because that’s the limit on her but she and Ryan deserve more! Thank you so much!!! We booked Anna and Elsa (Emma and Casey) for my daughter’s 4^th birthday yesterday. They were fantastic. The kids (and adults) really loved them from the moment they arrived. They we’re very animated and kept the kids engaged. They sang, played games, did face painting, made balloons for the kids, and had a coronation ceremony for my daughter! We received a lot of compliments about them from our guests. It was a wonderful experience and we would highly recommend Enchanted Characters!

This is my second year using enchanted characters for my daughters birthday. Our guests were looking forward to it because of how great Ciderella was last year. Once again you guys delivered! Rey was absolutely A… Mazing! On time, stayed in character the entire visit and both kids and adults had a blast with the Jedi Training. It was definitely a great experience and worth every cent. I will definitely keep them as my go to service for future events.

Love the authenticity of the costumes and the princesses are awesome. Ellysa is my favorite. She’s so good with the kids and her voice is amazing. I would definitely request Ellysa for my next party!

Our daughter loved the Elsa character! Beautiful, so sweet and great voice. She was wonderful with story telling and the face painting was so great. Very professional service by phone when booking, even when calling on short notice. We will recommend to friends and family.

This is the second time I’ve used Enchanted Characters for my children’s birthday parties. Shame on me that this is my first review of this amazing company.
The first time I used them was for a Frozen themed party last year in which both Anna and Elsa were hired to entertain a group of young Frozen fanatics. The Frozen characters had already come recommended from two other moms and they did not disappoint. My daughter had such a memorable birthday and it was definitely due to the wonderful Elsa and Anna that came to visit. Their singing and interaction with the children was more than I could have asked for.
Now, today is the second time I’ve used them… and it definitely will not be my last. About a month ago, I had contacted Ryan, the owner, and had been going back and forth with him between two dates. So when I decided on a party date and received the invoice to review, I read everything, but must have skimmed on the most important part of the contract: the party date. Fast forward to today when at 1pm, Ariel had not shown up and I knew immediately something was wrong because their characters are never late (I’ve been to 3 parties where their characters have provided entertainment). I checked my email and there it was plain as day, the other date that I had been going back and forth on. Let me just say this was completely my fault because I was the one going back and forth with Ryan about two different dates. He had given me the contract at least 3 weeks ago to review, which I did and I just completely missed the date written on the contract and failed to correct it. I called Ryan when I realized what I had done and left a message to cancel Ariel for the other date because my party was taking place today. Ryan, who I cannot thank enough, saved the day for me… My daughter had been talking about her party and how Ariel was coming to her house to anybody that would listen for the last 3 weeks. He was able to call around and find an entertainer who was willing to work OT for me today… I know she was at least 45 minutes away, had to drive to pick up the Ariel costume, and then drive to my house before the party was over. I just have to say that my daughter was completely thrilled and ecstatic to see Ariel on her front doorstep. Ryan was in no way obligated to do all of the above for me since it was my fault that I had overlooked the date on the contract, but he did it anyway and he was so incredibly nice about it. I cannot thank him and «Ariel» enough. My daughter had an amazing birthday and it was all due to the kindness of Ryan and his staff.
I look forward to booking with them again in the future. Thank you so much for today.

Worth every penny! Ask for Mia. We had her at our daughters 7^th bday party for a Frozen theme and she was spot on for Elsa. She’s Beautiful, sings well, and does amazing face painting designs. Communication with Enchanted characters was easy and execution was great. Mia was totally in character the moment she arrived and the kids loved her. Would highly recommend!

Amazing! We are so happy with the service from enchanted characters. They are so helpful and accommodating. Very thorough, which put me at ease, as this is the first time I have ever hired characters for an event. The characters were perfect!!! I am beyond happy with this company words cannot describe. I was searching through all the different Character companies on Unilocal to pick the best one for my daughters birthday. My daughter had her heart set on Elsa and Anna coming to her party, so I had to make that happen. I spoke with Ryan to get pricing and see if they had availability which they did. Some other places didn’t and were about $ 20 more. I booked the event and was pleased to know I was getting Mia who I saw in the pictures which drew me to this place. I didn’t have confirmation on who exactly would be Anna, but was excited to see.
The day of the party Elsa and Anna showed up about 15 minutes early and parked around the corner. Seeing them walk up all ready to go was the cutest thing. They asked what the birthday girl was wearing and went to our backyard. My daughter didn’t know so it was a huge surprise and they greeted my daughter before anything else. They looked the part so much and I just loved their characters. They gave the kids hugs and started their story telling. I have to say, these girls can sing! So beautifully and sang straight to the kids. They do an awesome job face painting and painted adults too. They never broke character. They listened to the kids and involved them in everything. They sang happy birthday at the end and took pictures with everyone.
I am so pleased, it was worth every penny. Elsa and Anna couldn’t have done a better job.

We hired Enchanted Characters for my niece’s 4^th birthday and everything from the booking process to the party day itself was amazing!
We chose the deluxe package w/​the new live action Cinderella. The costume was beautiful and didn’t look cheap at all.
I also want to comment on how great Cinderella really was. I wish I got her real name, but she was in character from the moment she stepped into the party. Our party was at a park so there were a lot of kids running around and doing different things. In other words, it wasn’t the most organized princess party, but Cinderella was so adaptable and went with the flow of the party.
She talked, played and did a parachute activity with the kids, but the hit of the party was definitely the facepainting. The kids LOVED the facepainting, and she even did some Marvel characters for the boys.
Lastly, the coronation ceremony was super cute! It was like my niece’s own special moment with Cinderella. Nice touch to the package!
All in all, I couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Enchanted Characters!

Just had a superhero party (had Supergirl and Captain America) and they were awesome! The kids were so entertained as well as some parents! Ryan (capt. America) really made my boy feel special and he was excited to have met him! :) A lot of parents asked about them as well as a parent from another party! We would definitely recommend them!

Last Saturday, we had our daughter’s 4^th birthday celebration. Rapunzel (Bee) and Flynn Ryder (Andrew) were there to celebrate with us. Both were a hit. They were in the character all the time and was focused on making the kids happy. Bee’s singing voice is beautiful that I thought it was recorded. My daughter and her friends sang their heart out and had the time of their lives. All 2.5 hours were definitely worth it. Highly recommended and will use for the next event :)

Enchanted characters was wonderful to work with. We hired sleeping beauty for my daughter’s party. Mia was spectacular and even made one of my guests cry because she sang so well. I was thoroughly please with the entire process. They even provided insurance that I needed which was quite expensive. Sleeping beauty did wonderful face painting for the party and a parachute game… She even played along when I dressed up as Melicifent. Thank you so much for making my daughter’s birthday so special!

I hired Anna and Elsa (Mia and Bee) to my daughter’s 5^th birthday party. I originally saw Ryan at one of my friend’s bday party and i loved how interacted and patient the Star Wars characters were with the kids. I thought I would give this company a try but afraid of the looks of the princess wouldn’t be up to par since we are disneyland annual passport holders. But it was perfection. They arrived on time. Did everything we went over on the requested list (pre photo, story time with sing a long, coronation, cake time and more photos).
Mia and Bee have amazing voices. They really sang! They made sure birthday girl felt special and my daughter really did! All the other little girls were in awe. The boys did too although they did not want to show it. Amazing and professional! Everyone at the party complimented Mia and Bee. They were a big hit!

Elsa (Natalie) was just perfect for my daughter’s 5^th birthday party today. Everything was handled so professionally and seamlessly from the moment I contacted Ryan to the day of the party. Natalie made my daughter feel extra special while at the same time giving sufficient attention to all the kids. She’s truly a professional, super talented and great at her job. I had no idea what to expect but couldn’t be happier with our experience. All of the parents wanted to book Natalie for their own parties. One parent went to a different Frozen themed party after ours and said our Elsa was way better. Highly recommend.

I hired Queen Elsa and Princess Anna for my daughters Frozen 4^th birthday party a couple weekends ago. Ryan was very helpful and professional, he gave me pricing over the phone and when we hung up he sent me the contract to book.
The one major point that sold me to Enchanted Characters was their costumes. For some reason I do end up judging the quality of the characters by their costumes (I’ve seen some super funky ones). I was able to specify which performers I preferred and he did a great job at making that possible. He even told me Princess Anna had this brand new coronation dress that has never been used before so I chose that dress and was so glad I did because it was very beautiful in person!
The girls were as beautiful and their were talented! Queen Elsa (Kacy) had such an amazing voice! I was so glad I booked both of them because it made the performance so awesome. They interacted very well with the little princesses at the party and made my little one feel extra special by letting her sing along beside them. I wanted to post a video of my little one singing along but it doesn’t let me so check out #abbysfrozen4th on Instagram if you want to hear them sing!
It was seriously the best part of the party! My little one still talks about her visit from Queen Elsa and Princess Anna and asks me why they had to go back to Arendale!
