Having auto body work done can be a major headache. These guys were amazing. The check in process was streamlined with a comfortable lobby to hang out in while waiting for someone to review repairs. They handled all the insurance details and stayed in touch with me, even sending photos of the progress of my car’s repairs. Daniel is who I worked with and he was polite and professional.

We have always trusted Harry’s to repair any fender benders that have come our way during the years. Recently, we had a hit and run occur in a parking lot to our auto a day before vacation. James Brownlee, with Harry’s, took great care of us and our Lexus. James is just one of the outstanding employees at Harry’s. There’s not a bad egg in the bunch. When you want it done right, with professionals who really care about you, go to Harry’s. If you ask for James Brownlee, tell him Michele sent you!

Great service, pricing and nice people sums it up! Here’s my story… As I left the parking structure of my place of business, I drove over a speed bump; I hoped and Prayed that the horrific sound wasn’t emanating from my vehicle. Well, needless to say. my hopes were quickly extinguished. I drove home with my 4×4 sounding like a «REAL» truck. Next morning I drove to Harry’s; Chris asked me to leave it and he would call after checking it out. Of course, my thoughts were… whatever he finds it is going to be expensive. Thank goodness he called with some palatable news and was able to make the repairs that day AND recommended an oil change to boot. I needed one!!! I will certainly put their number in my contact list. Also, my truck needs a paint job. I will definitely be calling Harry’s Auto and Collision on La Brea in West Hollywood.

Has not finished the work on my mothers car in the quoted time. Has been ill responsive for the past month and has given her same excuse as last week as to why the work is not complete yet. Take your car somewhere that appreciates your time.

Bad service and over priced ! They weren’t flexible on pricing and don’t look at their nearby competitors for rates. They charge almost double.

Harry’s Auto & Collision Center was great. I got rear-​ended in my Prius and wasn’t sure where to take it. After looking on Unilocal for awhile, I decided to give Harry’s a shot. Based on my experience, they deserve their stellar reviews.
They worked with my (difficult) schedule, gave me a very fair price (which definitely beat the other overblown estimates I had received), and even returned my car completely cleaned/​washed!
I have to say, I hope I don’t have any more car troubles, but if I do, I would have no problem returning to Harry’s again.

I was very satisfied with the body work the guys did at this place. They did a thorough and clean job, and in good time as well. The entire process was seamless, and they’re pretty good about keeping customers informed about their vehicle. I highly recommend Harry’s for auto repair needs.

This Harry guy seems really nice initially whilst he’s referring to you as «Hun» or «Sweetie,» but don’t be fooled. Someone had taken off my side view mirror while I was parked and I simply needed to get it replaced. He looked at it and said for the new part (a new side view mirror) would cost me $ 150 and then the work to put the new mirror on another $ 50. I know nothing about cars and blindly said okay, so he ordered the part. Later when I went to work I looked online and for two hours on different websites I did not see one side view mirror for my car make and model for over $ 58. The next day when I went in to pick up my car, I showed Harry all the print outs of my findings and said that I felt taken advantage of and was not going to pay $ 150 for the part alone. Long story short, Harry got very angry with me (a little scary for a young girl like myself) and he kept repeating that he would never rip anyone off, «especially a lady». I ended up paying $ 170, so $ 30 off the his initial $ 200 pricing but only because I brought it to his attention that I did my research. I honestly should not have walked out paying more than $ 110 all together but I just wanted to get out of there. Moral of the story; research online before just accepting what ‘Harry’ tells you. I would not go back here.

I bought an older SL500 Mercedes and It needed some bodywork and minor mechanical work to get the smog certificate. Harry and Chris are the most professional mechanics and fair! They want to fix your car, but they don’t want to rip you off! The work is done right the first time and their body work is beautiful. These guys are now my new mechanics!

Drove over. No parking space to get inside. Both drive ways blocked. I was going to have an accident because the cars on La brea ave. drove so fast. Not worth it the try. I had the insurance Company try another shop.

Got my CLK55 back after some body work! Excellent work done! They did a really good job on matching the paint and there are no air bubbles or any flaws on the fender that they fixed. This is my go-​to place for any car needs. I recommend this place for anything needed to be done for your car. Good job guys!

This place is like a very efficient hospital for cars. I was so bummed to have to take my car in (and drive a rental PRIUS for a month) but overall had a very positive experience with them + my insurance (Geico). Very one-​stop-​shop.
My car took longer than usual to service because, apparently, Fiat parts are not in abundance. But the work was pristine!
They are «with the times» in that they send text updates, which I wholly appreciate.

This guys know what they doing. This is 2^nd time I’m here and like always quick and effective solution on any kind of work on my truck. Prices is right work is professional.
I highly recommend this guys for any type of car problems.

I wanted to write this review to help others avoid falling for a quick but pricey solution.
The overall bodywork and the customer service at Harry’s was satisfying.
That said, I am a bit surprised as to the lack of resources they seemed to have when I asked their help with providing a solution to match my newly replaced brand new shiny head lights with my old 13 year old ones.
First, they offered me to replace the old one and get a new for $ 2500.00
than once I declined that offer, a few hours later called me up saying that they found a used one for $ 600.00.
They claimed that they tried everything to clean out my old headlights but they could only do so much, and from the look of it there was no improvement at all.
After doing my own research and getting some recommendations from trusted sources, I found a place on Vermont ave, FIND IT ALL CAR STEREO who not only made them look like new but only charged me $ 100.00
I can provide pictures of before and after from both places if requested.
You won’t believe your eyes.

Harry’s did an amazing job fixing my car. Make sure you go to the one on la brea and Lexington. Really good customer service and quality repairs to my vehicle. Will definitely use them again if I have to

I got my headlights turned ON and my oil CHANGED! I only had to go one block away for this excellent service! I did a walk-​in and was on my way to work in 30m minutes!

Go here! I went to harry shop for a battery. I walked in the shop, and by the time i wasfinished with my paperwork harry and his team were all ready finished and i was ready to go! Harry was a really nice guy, very professional and funny too!

Taking your car to the mechanic sucks, but at least I know that when I take my car here, for any reason, I will get the work done right and at a very fair price. It’s not often you can trust a mechanic, but these guys really know what they are doing, and they have always been fair.
I wish I could give them more than five stars!
