We specialize in healthy and natural preparation of Indian, Thai, Japanese, Korean & Chinese food in a completely Eco-friendly environment.
We believe that food does not need to be a compromise. It can be healthy, it can be sustainable, it can be seasonal and above all else, it can taste great.
Great food starts with sourcing only the best products. You simply cannot make great food without great product. That is why we use certified natural beef from Harris Ranch, Jidori chicken and organic salmon from Scotland. All of our produce is sourced locally when available with an emphasis on organic whenever possible. We visit the farmer’s market weekly to ensure we are getting produce that is of the highest quality and is at the height of its season. We do all of this because we feel there is no other way it should be done.
The flavors of Fresh East are a cross section of Asia. Each is a rich, vibrant and unique cuisine that should be treated as such.

The whole idea of Fresh East is bringing together great tasting food, a healthy approach and my love of the Asian Culture.
Our menu is prepared in a very healthy fashion– Food that will make you feel great.
Being healthy and respecting the environment are two great passions of mine and I wanted to create a restaurant where I can implement these two together.
We use organic and sustainable products in our menu as well as sourcing from local farmers.
We also are using all biodegradable and recycled products for all our materials such as flooring, lighting, paper products and small wares.
We are doing this to reduce our carbon footprint and to be a responsible member of our fragile environment.
