Established in 2003.

I was certified by the International Sports Sciences Association in 2003 and I have been training clients in California ever since.

In addition, I have completed continuing education courses in nutrition and lower back disorders.

My journey into the world of fitness began at the age of 15 and I plan to continue with it since the world of fitness can be explored forever.

Business Owner

I was born in Romania on January 7, 1980, and immigrated to the U.S.A. at the age of 21. I was certified by the International Sports Sciences Association in 2003 and I have been training clients in California ever since.

In addition, I have completed continuing education courses in nutrition and lower back disorders. Academically I hold an AA degree from Los Angeles City College. My goal is to complete undergraduate school and then fulfill graduate studies as well.
