Pilates is system of resistance training focused on elevating and healing the body, by working out both the little and big muscles, some of which don’t ever get used in traditional fitness training. This is what strengthens every area of the body with Pilates, giving you the physique and power of an athlete, as well as being one of the best forms of physical therapy or recovering from injuries.

A little history for those who want to know more!

I’m a BASI certified Pilates instructor who works with clients to build power, precision, and physique. Before discovering my passion for Pilates, I studied dance at Loyola Marymount University, and had been doing Ballet since the age of 6 years old.

While at LMU, I started training directly under Rael Isowitz, the founder of BASI Pilates, which is where I fell in love with the art and discovered that I really wanted to help people achieve their goals in fitness or rehabilitation of their body.

What makes me different than your traditional Pilates trainer, is bringing an added twist of architecture to your movements. I’ve successfully blended my education in dance with Pilates techniques, to provide the most fluid and effective range of motions for the body, whether you’re a man or woman.

It’s been one of my greatest accomplishments to see results in my clients, watching their body, health, posture and confidence sore!

A little about me!

I was born and raised in Orange County, and have traveled the world to not only discover my roots in Morocco and France, but see what other cultures have to offer in health, fitness, dance and expression of the body!

Since the age of 6 years old I’ve been inspired by dance and movement. Dance is a type of art that generally involves movement of the body. It is performed in many cultures as a form of emotional expression, social interaction, or exercise, in a spiritual or performance setting, and is sometimes used to express ideas or tell a story. Dance may also be regarded as a form of nonverbal communication between humans or other animals.

After graduating from Loyola Marymount University with a major in Dance, I trained directly with Rael Isowitz, founder of BASI Pilates, which is where I discovered I could combine the two most ultimate forms of movement together and make a difference for people who want to transform their physique, lifestyle and confidence!
