Update: STILL excellent service! These guys go above & beyond. I ended up having to come back to get another label printed, and they were operating with no electricity or Internet. They were told it might not be on for another day or more! Sometimes I call and just get the fax, but anytime I speak to an employee, the tag is very thorough and thoughtful. Once they printed my label, they saw it was a USPS label, so they took it to the UPS store nearby for me and made sure I had my tracking number. I don’t know ANY store in this field with the kind of service and work ethic these guys have.

Just came in to print a label and leave a drop off, and even though he was by himself, Jason was incredibly efficient, professional and friendly.
There were several other customers in the store and on the phone and he handled each one quickly and courteously. He was VERY helpful and kind to every individual. He knows his stuff and made my visit a pleasant one!

I walked in here with a smile, ready to send a fax (I know, it’s crazy) but the guy at the front had a complete mean mug on his face. I asked where the fax machine was and he didn’t even say anything, just pointed towards the direction. Places need to have better customer service, no matter what time of business. I did send my fax and the location is convenient with a parking lot.

Never, ever again.
Their ‘system’ has been down starting 2 days ago and yesterday off and on throughout the day. I happened to come in with items to be packed by a disinterested employee who kept looking at his watch and the manager who was on his iPhone.
As my package was being completed their system went down again…10 people in line behind me. They were told to go elsewhere. Their system does not take air bills anymore so it requires standing and giving the shipping information to the apathetic and slow employee. With my large package I asked if they had any old air bills sitting around that I could use so the driver could bypass the ‘system’. NO… it’s against their policy. I have an account so now I’ll carry them in my car with me, knowing this can be a problem should a person have to drive around to another location.
BAD customer service. When I called FedEx customer advocacy they told me to call the manager I’d already complained to.

This store is full of arrogant employees who could care less about helping. I called to ask for their printing email, something I have done and WAS TOLD that I could do, and the guy on the phone refused to give me the email which is also on the cards at the register. So for him to keep it a «secret» because he wanted to be lazy, makes no sense. He probably had no idea what he’s doing or talking about. The incompetence of this store is incredible!

Get their to do a overnight shipping, cut off was at 5:20, I got to register at 5:24, so I think that’s bogus!!! 4 mins past cut off. Lol, the truck wasn’t even their to pickup boxes. Go to another location

Avoid this location! I arrived at 4:50. Sent an email with several attachments to Justin at the counter. I asked for two copies which were handed to me after waiting for 25 mins uncollated and told I would have sort myself. Once sorted, a line had formed at shipping, so I reminded Justin that I had to make the 5:20 cut off… He replied that it was too late (5:18) as there were people in front of me. He told me to go to another store as their cutoff is 7pm. I am amazed at how inefficient and RUDE Justin was… I live four blocks from here and will never return. I went to the store at Sunset and Stanley where I received exceptional service from lovely people.

This Sunset location is tucked into a plaza across from Rosa Mexicano and a series of hip hotels.
There is garage parking spaces if the above ground lot is full. And the service was super quick and friendly. I always dread having to ship items but the staff was so helpful and took care of everything. The whole process only took a few minutes. Very pleased. Highly recommend for their location, parking and super staff.

Don’t know where all these bad reviews are coming from, maybe they got new employees? Whatever the case may be, I just had the fastest Fed Ex experience ever. I was in and out in two minutes and the guy helping us was extremely friendly. Would definitely recommend this location.

Horrible costumer service ! I just dropped in to get a binder put together ! The workers said he can’t help me because he is busy and I can come back in 2 hours ??? The store was empty. I find this rude they also had another employee behind him doing nothing.

The fourth star is awarded solely for Michelle. If she’s helping you you are all set. She is friendly, smart and motivated. A store with only Michelle and clones of her would be off the charts!

If you have read a previous review on a FedEx in Venice, then this one will come as a shock.
So helpful. Almost too helpful. They wrapped my package better than I would have. Took a bit longer then I was expecting, but hey – I know my package will arrive unbroken and intact.
Jason and Sarah (?) Helped me. So FedEx, if you read this, give them something nice. They were nice to EVERYONE that came in.

Even though I had a messed up shipping/​packaging experience… I won’t blame this exact shipping center — just blame FedEx on the whole.
I had something sent from Boston and the FedEx delivery man is either too shy or dull to leave it at my door (unlike the UPS guy), so the package got lost between the Culver City and West Hollywood locations… After one week, I finally tracked down my package at the WeHo office.
I noticed a lot of disgruntled people giving this place bad reviews. How could you do that when one of the employees looks and talks like a sappy turtle?

ZERO STARS!!!
I went in and spent $ 25 faxing a contract to my real estate agent. There was some problem with their machine, so I had to do it twice. I was double charged and an employee had to take one charge off of my card.
NO ONE EVER RECEIVED THE FAX!!! I WENT TO A FRIEND’S OFFICE AND SENT THE FAX WITH NO PROBLEM, SO THERE IS OBVIOUSLY A PROBLEM ON THEIR END!!!
I called to get my money back, and the WORST customer service person in THE WORLD named SAM, refused to help me, refused to let me talk to a supervisor, HUNG UP ON ME FOUR TIMES, and kept saying, «Lady what you’re problem?» when I was trying to explain to him about the fax machine. SAM (WHO SHOULD BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY!!!) didn’t speak enough English to understand the words, «FAX,» or «BOSS.» When he works at FEDEX!!! Seriously!!! Give me a fricken break!
I will NEVER go here EVER again. What a giant waste of time and money.

Good location, easy parking. It wasn’t too busy at 4:30pm on a Monday afternoon, so I was able to get in and get my package label all set up and my check in the mail (so to speak).
Still… when I wanted a receipt, I was told I’ve have to wait until the one employee who was capable of printing it out was finished with the customer he was with.
When there are three employees hanging out, it’s irritating to have to wait for employee #4 to be freed up to meet ones needs. That is all.
