West Hollywood Printing

Just went to print some pictures off a USB. Cost about $ 2.20 for 6 full pages of great quality color photos. Cheap, fast, friendly. What more could you ask for?

Ok. This place is amazing. I put in a phone order for a large printing job (around 1500 pages) which was one of the best prices I was quoted so I went with them. But price was only one of the things that makes this place so great. They go above and beyond.
Here’s what happened. I go in the morning to pick up my order which is ready for me. I ask to use the bathroom and am allowed behind the counter to get there. On my way I notice a stack of documents that look like mine. I check them and they are so i ask if they forgot to put these in with the others in the box.
Turns out that they were rejects. They had printed my initial order but there were portions of the document that had printed too light so they decided to reprint the whole order (at no charge to me) to get it right. When I looked at the pages that were deemed «unacceptable» I found that I wouldn’t have had too much trouble with them at all. They were lighter but would have been fine with them.
The fact that they took that type of care without any provocation from me, spoke highly to the care that they make at West Hollywood Printing. They are exceptional and I’m going to be bringing all my print jobs there.
