Dr. Daniel Yamini is an award-​winning, double board certified plastic surgeon serving the Los Angeles and Southern California areas. He specializes in natural-​looking cosmetic surgical enhancements of the face, breasts and body. The doctor’s most-​requested surgical procedures include breast augmentation, traditional breast lifts, Binelli breast lifts, liposuction, brazilian butt lifts, tummy tucks, mommy makeovers and rhinoplasty.

Dr. Yamini also offers non-​surgical services, such as Botox and injectable fillers like Juvederm, Voluma, Radiesse, Sculptra and Restylane. His ability to create natural enhancements that don’t look «frozen» or overdone has earned him a loyal patient following. Never relying on a nurse or technician, Dr. Yamini performs all of his injectable work himself.

One of the co-​founders of Sunset Cosmetic Surgery, Dr. Yamini has been recognized with multiple Patients’ Choice Awards, Compassionate Doctor Recognitions and has been listed in the Consumers’ Research Council of America’s Guide to America’s Top Plastic Surgeons.

Renown for his Brazilian Butt Lifts and natural-​looking breast enhancements and tummy tucks, Dr. Yamini enjoys helping his patients look and feel their very best. I went to see Dr Yamini about my stubborn cellulite… I have tried everything and spent a lot of money over the years on treatments, knowing none were a permanent fix but any improvement was better than none.
Dr Yamini recommended I try Cellfina — a newly FDA approved technology that deals with the cellulite pockets beneath the skin for a longer term result. At lunch, on a Friday, I had it done! My back side and thighs were numbed and the procedure followed. I was done under 1 hour and returned to the office. The discomfort was overall minimal. There was some bruising that lasted about 2 weeks, but no bed rest was necessary. The results were immediately visible so the slight pain was overshadowed by the results.
One month later, I am so happy with the outcome! Just in time for summer and for the upcoming vacation, i will feel more confident in my swimsuit that i have in the past 10 years.
I will most certainly return to Dr Yamini in the future.

Dr Yamimi is an amazing surgeon. He did my surgery about 12 years ago, back when he was with Dr Ellenbogen. Dr Yamini did my breast augmentation and they came out perfect. I went in unsure of the approach I wanted nor an exact size, I just told him I wanted to look proportional and not obviously augmented. He suggested an areola approach and implant size. Even 12 years later and after a baby, I’m grateful for finding Dr Yamini for my breast augmentation.

I originally met with Dr. Yamini to discuss plastic surgery, and have since also gone to him for injectables. Dr. Yamini came highly recommended after speaking with friends, reading reviews, and talking with other doctors, and I absolutely could not be more thrilled with the results! Dr. Yamini has taken years from my face (maybe even a decade!) and his prices are the fairest I’ve found. More than that, the office staff is lovely, caring, and eager to help with questions and scheduling. I feel so lucky to have been recommended to the office. Thank you, Dr. Yamini!

Every time I get my injections for my unwanted lines, DR. Yamini does an amazing job .
Looks natural and I still have ability to make full facial expressions.
My face does not have lack of emotions, like a lot of my friends. That went to different doctor to get there injections.

When I was searching for a plastic surgeon, Unilocal was one of my main websites to go. So it would be unfair not to share my experience here, as I only see positive reviews here which seems strange.
1. The office itself: inside it is just a-​ok type of office, nothing really fancy, but it doesn’t really matter. What matters though, it’s the customer service and attention you get from the staff. And in this case, it’s really on a bad side… Th reception girls just ignored me every time I arrived and left the office. That’s so strange! It is a nice and expensive establishment and you’re not getting any welcoming words!
2. Parking: they do NOT validate your parking and there is almost impossible to find metres. The parking structure charges around 10 $.
3. The price: I checked a few fancy places in Beverly hills and let me say, this one is on the same price level as them. But it looks like they should charge just a liiittle bit less for the quality you get.
4. The doctor: Dr Yamini is very calm, confident and skilled professional. He is not gonna push you to purchase anything. He is very nice as a person as well. But, honestly, I am quite unhappy with the results. I was keeping hopes that he would do better. But his finished work wasn’t as great as we were discussing.
5. My last straw was his assistant, who promised me to email additional package that I might consider doing with the doc (to improve his not so satisfying results obviously), but she never did. I called in the office and reminded that I’m waiting for the additional details but. nope, perhaps they don’t need to sell this one.
All in all, choosing the right doctor is very important decision. I advise you to see as many different surgeons as you can, see how easy it is to book them, how their staff behaves, how they are trying or not trying to sell themselves… Also, compare their portfolios and reviews and only then, choose the right one. I was pleased the first time i left his office, Dr. Yamini is GREAT at turning back time with your face. without surgery! I went in looking like a tired, over worked black women. With the war wounds of a rough childhood and adult struggles. HE WORKED HIS MAGIC. HE TURN BACK TIME FOR ME 25 YEARS. IM NOT KIDDING, Some say black does not crack, It Sags. His work is amazing! I look VERY NATURAL. This doctor took his time and lifted my face. I had been to other doctors who tried and FAILED! I am so pleased i referred my sister the next day!

Last year I went for some injections to get rid of unwanted lines & what not. Without going into the whole story, I don’t care to repeat, I now know I was correct in thinking I
had sub-​standard work done. But thats all changed with the new injections I received just before the New Year. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I love the way your treated in the office by the staff. From the inception of making the appointment to coming for my treatment I was treated with the utmost respect. DR DANIEL YAMINI IS A PLASTIC SURGEON GOD. I just went to him on 06÷04÷13 to have lipo on my inner legs and outer hips, brazilian butt lift with fat transfer, and a breast revision with areola reduction. My previous surgury the guy butchered my chest and Dr. Yamini Totally fixed this for me I had major problems with one breast implant being under the musscle and one over one making the right brest sag so much he had to do a cut underneath the breast and lift. He has such amazing bedside mannor, he took house calls because of my anxity. My last surgury almost killed me it put me in ICU for 23 days with a pulmonary Embolism and DVT. From the beginning Dr Yamini was so confident and well spoken. He made me seek a hematologist and get additional blood work to make sure I didnt have a clotting problem or any factor 5. I do not but the fact that this doctor goes beyond and above is amazing to me. He made me feel special and he Did amazing work on fixing my chest and body. I highly reccommend him. I am addicted his work is that good I want to keep going back to only him. I am telling everyone about him and his amazing work!

I have been a client of Dr. Dan’s for over 20 years and am one very happy customer! He has performed dermabrasion, fat implants, eye lid lift, and years of botox and other fillers, on me, all subtle and perfect. He has done 2 family members’ rhinoplasty and they are thrilled with the natural appearance, saying this was how they were meant to look, each new nose fit the face perfectly. He has also discouraged me from doing procedures that he felt were premature or unnecessary — now that’s a rarity in this field! His staff is warm, welcoming and helpful. Melinda, my special friend, gave me great tips on how to maximize Latisse and has been most helpful with many other products and skin care. She always has a big smile and hug for me. I look forward to my next visit!

I’m surprised there are no reviews here. I had my stomach stapled back in 2004 and came to Dr. Yamini for all of my post-​op plastic surgeries. He performed a full body lift, brachioplasty, breast augmentation and implants, thigh lift, and liposuction. Dr. Yamini was so cool, understated, nice, low-​key, professional, and most importantly, does AMAZING work. I did a TON of research before my first surgery and went to about 6 consultations. I was so pleased with him that I went back to him for every surgery I had, and highly recommend him to anyone looking for reconstructive or plastic surgery. He is not your typical Beverly Hills flashy Dr. He’s not looking to be a TV Star, just a great Doctor who does fantastic work and I back that!

I have been torturing myself with the decision to have liposuction for a few years and have been to many consultations but then I had a consultation with Dr. Yamini and my decision was made! He was very honest, thorough in his explanations and willing to take the time to answer all of my questions. I met with Veronica, his surgery consultant, and we booked my surgery. She was great too, just as are all of the other ladies in the office. I had surgery November 3rd and to my surprise I was in very little pain compared to the stories I have heard. The next day was my post op and I got to remove my compression garment and just stared in the mirror, I was soooo happy with what Dr. Yamini had done! I am not an overweight person I just had a few stubborn areas (inner/​outer thighs, inner knees &flanks) and now they are gone. I have had an easy recovery and even had to go to work 2 days later and was able to comfortably do so. Dr. Yamini is AMAZING and I would highly recommend him for any of your plastic surgery needs!!!
