Adam was raised in Seattle and has spent much of his life pursuing a very active lifestyle. Much of his passion is for the outdoor lifestyle, he enjoys hiking, kayaking and has a passion for traveling which can be seen in his traveling of every continent, 67 countries and every state. His overriding passion is fitness though and has worked for years to develop a approach to exercise that resembles a fine art; dynamic, always changing, adaptive and most of all creative.
