History

Established in 2011.

Ally Ackourey Personal Training was born from a passion for helping others become their best selves and from a personal transformation that ignited the fire to teach others.

After achieving her own personal transformation, Ally decided to help others on the journey to their own. Having faced many of the same struggles as her clients, she has a unique perspective that allows her to empathize with and help her clients to overcome these challenges to achieve their dream results.

Starting in Hollywood, Ally honed her training skills and moved to West Hollywood and Beverly Hills to help others achieve their dream physiques — from bikini bodies to toned and sleek for the red carpet. Working to gain the optimal results from each session makes those days of spending three hours a day in the gym a thing of the past.

She blends her knowledge of athletic training with traditional weight lifting techniques to help you sculpt your body in new ways.

A little about me!

I grew up in Los Angeles playing softball and dancing. At age 12, I led my all star softball team to a national championship and Junior Olympic gold medal victory. After playing varsity softball as a freshman and sophomore in high school, I decided to take my athletic pursuits elsewhere. At 16 I led a club softball team to a national championship win in Oregon, before retiring from the sport.

I fell in love with weight lifting while attending UC San Diego and after spending time helping my friends get into shape, I decided to become a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). My extensive athletic background gives me a strong foundation in body mechanics. My nutritional knowledge also gives my clients an edge in manipulating their diet to achieve their goals.

I am currently prepping for a figure competition and write for a bodybuilding website in my free time.
