History

Established in 2012.

Michael Connelly has been in the relocation business for almost 30 years.

Mike worked for 23 of those years for Red Ball Transfer & Storage as General Manager until they closed their doors in 2011, due to the death of the Owner. Mike knew that he had all of the Experience, Determination and Reputation to open his own Company, and that is how Mike’s Moving Solutions was born in the beginning of 2012.

Mike’s Moving Solutions has since flourished into an extremely well known and trusted Business that specializes in all aspects of relocation. Both Residential and Commercial

Some of his regular Government Customers include, The United States Navy, The Internal Revenue Service, Department of Homeland Securities, The U.S. Federal Protection Services, and The FBI just to name a few.

Mike and his Operations Manager, Shari Lynn, who he has worked with for over 20 years, worked daily for the Los Angeles Community Colleges «Build Division» where they were in charge of all Asset Management

Mike grew up in Pittsburgh PA, where he first became an avid Steeler’s fan, which explains the colors of our Mike’s Moving Solutions uniforms. In 1978, Mike decided he wanted to serve his Country and joined the Military where he proudly served for 4 years. After the Military Mike moved to California where he ended up working as a Mover. In a few years Mike was promoted into management and was put in charge of all the daily relocation’s performed at Rocketdyne/​Boeing. Not only was this a wonderful career move, Its also how he met his lovely wife Lauren. whom he married in 1989, then In 1993 a bouncing baby boy (Chris) arrived. 1995 there first house was purchased, then here came a sweet baby girl (Hazley) in 1997. Sadly the owner of the Company he still worked for passed away, so after a couple years they closed their doors and Mike decided with all of his knowledge, experience and faithful contacts, he should open his own company, and that is how Mike’s Moving Solutions was born
