Established in 2009.

Red House Remodeling was started in 2009 by owners, Ben & Stephanie Trannel. We have built our business on developing relationships with our clients, making the process of remodeling enjoyable and of course, top notch craftsmanship.

Business Owner

Ben has been involved in the building industry for over 20 years. He is a Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR), Certified Green Professional (CGP) and Certified Aging-​In-​Place Specialist (CAPS); all designations from the National Association of Homebuilders. He is also a Certified Lead-​Safe Renovator and has also been named Remodeler of the Year in 2014 by the Remodelers Council of Greater Des Moines.

Red House Remodeling has won numerous awards for customer service and is active in the Des Moines Homebuilders Association, the National Kitchen & Bath Association and the West Des Moines Chamber of Commerce. Red House Remodeling is also accredited with the Better Business Bureau.
