Went here last night with my wife. Never again. The portion sizes are ridiculously small… Two pieces of thin chicken on a piece of rather dry bread, with one slice of cheese. More than that, quite literally one slice of tomato, and two banana peppers do not consitute toppings. We had to go back up, because they forgot one of our fries, they were unapologetic, and just as a side note, hair nets are required in a kitchen! So, all in all, poor hygiene, small portions at an exaggerated price, and terrible customer service. We won’t be back.

I have never had Charley’s anywhere else and am not sure if they offer more than they do at the mall food court. In my experience their food is amazing! Their sandwiches are made fresh in front of you and they are extremely flavorful. Their fries are great as well!
When I’m going to eat in the food court at the mall, if I’m not eating Chinese food then I am eating at Charley’s.
