Products were ok, a little harsh for my skin. I could only use them every other day or my face would hurt and dry out badly. It did help with acne OK. Because I knew I wouldn’t be comfortable using this long term… I managed to cancel before the second month… so I was not charged but I did receive a second shipment. I called to inform them(worried I would be charged) and was told to keep the product at no cost! I liked the customer service and wish I had better results from the product!

Holy crap. I am shocked by the negative reviews but at the same time not surprised at the customer service issues. Luckily I haven’t had to deal with the CS. My mom bought me Proactive Solution when I was 16 years old to try and clear my acne before my senior pics. This was before the internet and e marketing when you had to go in the back of the Chatelaine magazine, mail in a cheque or money order, wait 4 weeks for processing and then another 2 for delivery… yeah that is how long I’ve been using the product for. In other words I’ve been using the product for 20 years straight. It was the only thing that was gentle on my face. You do have to be careful ’cause it will dry your skin, therefore, make sure that you’re using it with a good moisturizer. I didn’t do the automatic subscription deal at the time(wasn’t offered the old school way back in the early 90’s), however, now I just go to my local dealer in Metrotown and just buy what I need when I need it. Once again most of these reviews are on the CS side, mine is taking back to the 90’s as a product and personal experience as a long time customer for 20 years.

plan on 4 weeks to receive your first shipment and cancel your order the day it arrives in order to stop the auto shipments. Their fullfilment process is HORRIBLE!

I really hate this company. My wife and I ordered a shipment about july 01, 2012 and they sent us a confirmation letter dated july 2 to us. They failed to mail us the letter until july 10, as i have the envelope stamped by the post office. So i felt i had until August to cancel any future shipments. I did not wait until AUGUST to cancel more shipments and i actually cancelled on JULY25 about 340 pm. I did get a cancellation confirmation number. They refused to honor the cancellation and on AUGUST01, 2012 i received another shipment and charged my credit card for 33 dollars(one of three payments) on july 23 !!! This was Not even one month after the first order, even though the medicine is for a one month usage. They sent a three month supply that i received on august 01, 2012 at 11 am at our home post office mailbox. Again, i had cancelled all future orders on july 25 at 340 pm, after placing me on hold for about 9 minutes. They truly need better and faster customer service. I am busy and do not like being on hold for more than 3 or 4 minutes. They now claim they will send me a shipping label to pay the cost of returning the 3 month supply as i certainly do not want to pay for the shipping expense. I am still waiting for the shipping label as of august 05, 2012. I really hate their BUSINESSPRACTICESAND i am not convinced of their product effectiveness. I am retired and i only want to deal with ethical companies with good business practices.

This company is a TOTAL rip off. I ordered this product for my niece and it did absolutely nothing to improve the acne on her face. I called to cancel my subscription and was told I had to return the product in which I did. I was initially charged $ 19.95 for the trial. The very next month I was charged $ 39.95 for product I no longer had, so I called again and was told another shippment was sent 3 days prior, now keep in mind I had cancelled my subscription the previous month and sent the initial product to them and yet they were still charging my account and sending products. I returned the second shipment and received a refund of $ 39.95 a month later, then they charged another $ 19.95 from my account 4 days after I got the refund. I had to actually call my bank and cancel my bankcard to avoid future fees from this company. DONOTBUY, it’s a trap and they will continue to bill and send you products, and keep in mind also that you have to pay to send the product back everytime!
