If I could give this place more than 5 stars I definitely would my phone screen was broken real bad n ALEX was able to fix it for me not only he fixed my phone but he was nice n friendly. He made my phone look brand new again. He wasn’t the only friendly one, so where his co workers great team. I work at the mall as well first time getting my phone fixed here. Hopefully it won’t happen again but if it does I definitely would come back, thanks ALEX

Don’t go here. The kid working here used third rate material and dose not stand by his work. Worse of all when ask to honor his so called warranty. He almost laughs at the fact that it won’t. I had to walk away and not waste my time. I strongly recommend going anywhere else.

SHADY. SHADY. SHADY. Took phone to another repair place after my phone broke immediately after and they explained in detail what this company did wrong in their repair (this is the place sprint referred me to after I explained to them what Smart Fix did to me). I didn’t drop it. I just used it like I normally do and the screen turned black. Then it cracked shortly after. What the heck? I’ve used other repair shops in the past and never once had a problem. But this place has a reputation of having crappy work. What does that tell you?
Employee working at the kiosk refused to honor the warranty and had the most condescending demeanor. The warranty means squat because they do not cover anything. Seriously, they will blame you and say you must have done something. Uh huh, sure. Okay. SHADY.

I highly recommend this place, they fix your phone under 30 minutes and has great customer service. The person who fix my iPhone 6 Plus Israel helped me to get the best price he can for me and replace my LCD which was in bad condition. I would definitely recommend him and this place to all my friends!

Huge kudos to Rodrigo for doing me a solid and getting my brand new iPhone looking new again. Shattered my screen & it looks better than new. Definitely worth the money, will be coming back if need be. Thanks guys!!!

i totally regret taking my iphone 5s here to fix. After a couple of days when I got my phone fixed i noticed that the upper right corner of the screen of my phone is lifted. and a screw at the bottom is missing, but the phone is working just fine. I never had the chance to go back to the store and get it fix. After less than two months, the screen of my phone is not working. Half of it is not responsive to touch. I took it to the store but didnt get any help because i lost the receipt.
I admit its somehow my fault that they didnt help me, but i regret saving a couple of bucks for a cheap repair.

Love Unilocal but never is one to write a review. But in this instance I just had to, I was having problem with my iPad and took it to get fixed. The guy at the counter (Rodrigo) had it fixed in minutes! When I asked him how much? He said,…Nothing! Unbelievable, like I said I’m not one to write reviews, but in this case, I just had too. THANKS Rodrigo, great service.

I really like their service. The guy really did a great job and fixed my screen on iPhone 6 in less than 10min. The customer service was awesome. I highly recommend this place if you have a cracked screen. Ask for Rodrigo. I love this place. Now I don’t have to buy that stupid insurance and pay monthly payments.

Must say, Rodrigo really took care of me properly and was extremely professional with excellent customer service. The screen on my Samsung Galaxy S5 got damaged pretty badly. Rodrigo replaced it very efficiently but unfortunately, the screen was glitching out badly. Rodrigo hooked it up though and replaced my complete led at no extra cost. I am so happy and the phone works perfectly. Thanks, Rodrigo! You are a true professional!

I cracked my Samsung s4 and didn’t know where to go. One of my friend recommend me smart fix they are very professional and have a fast service.
I got my phone fixed in a very short time while I’m having my lunch my phone were ready.
All team workers are friendly and helpful. They have locations at Brea mall, Ontario too.

Came to get my iphone screen fixed & it felt like they were trying to hurry me away instead of taking the time to look at my phone. (The screen was cracked). Now my whole screen went black.
Customer service is huge for me, & I will definitely be going to another place. I definitely recommend you saving your money :(I just hope I don’t have to buy a whole new phone!

So I went to fix my screen on my iPhone July 30 2015, it August 16 and the screen is cracked for no reason, i went to the guy at the mall thinking he will take care of it, the first think that came out of his mouth was mam do you read English so beware the scam is on and now I have to spend more money. This place is a rip off, they over charge you, it was not even a month and a half and it broke really easy. Their warranty doesn’t cover anything. Don’t go there

The only good thing about this place is that they fix it quick. I have to agree with all the other clients. They use and do cheap work. My screen cracked from just placing my phone of my desk (the next day) since it was a minor crack I didn’t bother doing anything. Today my phone fell out of my pocket as I sat down to the floor (rug) I understand the phone has a possibility of cracking.. But not only did it crack the whole screen. I mean the whole screen came out. After $ 90 you’d think they do better work? I’m so upset! Won’t bother going back cause after reading their reviews they we do anything about it. Plus they say «if you come back make sure there is no visible damage» cause they know their screens are bound to crack. So so so mad!!! Only lasted a week!!! Should of bought a new phone.

ZERO STARS!!!
I would not come here ever again. It a rip off. Took my galaxy S5 shattered screen. price was $ 90. It broke again the same day it was fixed. I took my phome to another place that was cheaper and told me they didnt use glue, that they scratched the LCD screen and repaired it with tape. WITH TAPE!!. I came to tell him that it was a horrible repair and she kept telling me that he would’ve had added more tape to keep it from braking. No guarantees nothing. He couldn’t Asner my questions. It’s a complete rip off. Like I said I would NEVER come here again.
