These guys are real professionals. honest and good at what they do. I took them two Ipad’s; one with a shattered screen and one that’s looping. The one that was looping was actually working just fine as they told me so they ended up not charging me. The shattered one they fixed with perfection with a price that didn’t hurt at all. I walked in there with two of my Ipad’s not working and walked out the same day with two healthy devices. very impressive. thank you guys.

Nick is the MAN!!! Came in on my lunch break and he fixed my mic in less than 10 minutes I’m so happy and I used the check in and he gave me a dollar back!!! So rad and happy ONLY coming here from here on out!!! Highly recommend

Sean did an awesome job repairing my iPhone 5s screen. Although my LCD wasn’t badly damaged I still got a new one & a $ 10 discount cause they keep my old LCD. I came here looking for a better price. Unfortunately I called everywhere and the price ranges from 120 and up. This location offered it for 120 so I jumped on it. Plus they have deals on their Unilocal page for new customers!
It took only 10 – 15 minutes. My phone was brand new.
I noticed days later that my speaker was not working, which happens. (I am a frequent iPhone screen replacee). I called and let them know I live an hour away and won’t be able to get in for another month to have them fix the speaker. They were completely fine with it and jotted down my name and issue.
I returned a month later, gave them the phone and they came back in 10 minutes with it all fixed. No charge.
They have great customer service and from my experience are professional and caring. I will be coming here for my iPhone needs on the future.

After having my iPhone 6 screen replaced at a sketchy place I realized I got what I payed for. My screen wasn’t responsive anymore and I decided to give this place a shot. Nick I believe was the name of the man who took my phone. The price menu is displayed clearly on a flat screen tv behind the main counter so there is no discretion. Nick replaced my cheap screen with an OE and the total wait time was 40 mins, but because another phone was ahead of mine. I’m so happy my phone is back and looks as good as new. I know where I’m going if I ever need this kind of service again.

Rather than executing a simple repair (to fix a broken headphone jack) for my phone, which worked perfectly fine other than this, they actually BROKE it to the point that it is un-​useable.
After dropping off my phone for the quick 30 minute fix, I went back only to find out that after the «repair» was made, they couldn’t get my phone to turn on. They kept it to try and fix it for several more hours, but couldn’t find out what went wrong. As I said before… my phone was totally fine and functioning before I dropped it off for the headphone issue. SO without offering any advice except trying to take it to the Apple store, nor offering to pay for whatever damage they caused, I now have a completely broken phone. It also begs the question, how can a repair shop have literally NO idea what is wrong?!

I’ve even dealing with my cracked screen on my phone for months now. So I finally decided to go to get it fixed.
First place I went to didn’t have the parts so i found Genius lab nearby on Unilocal.I’m so glad I did! They were very fast at fixing phone 15 minutes of that mate even faster! Nick was very nice, he helped me pick out a case too, that has better shock absorption since my phone is constantly jumping out of my hands and pockets.

Excellent service. I found Genius Lab from all the other great reviews on Unilocal and because I have passed by this place many times as I live close by.
I needed a new SSD hard drive with more memory to replace the one in my Asus laptop. When I called Genius Lab, I first spoke with Sean (or possibly Shant based on the other reviews on here) who was extremely knowledgeable about SSD drives. He quoted me a very reasonable price to upgrade my hard drive and transfer all existing data on my current drive to the upgraded drive. He even recommended a hard drive and had the part in stock at a great price as well.
He made it easy for me to decide that Genius Lab would handle the hard drive upgrade for me without any issues and assured me he could get my laptop back to me within 24 hours of dropping it off. Sure enough, the hard drive was replaced in less than a day and it works perfect. It is also worth mentioning that everyone in the shop seemed very friendly in addition to knowing their products and having great technical skills to provide great service.

My iPhone screen cracked on a Saturday night so bad, shards of glass were in my finger when I tried to use it. I was leaving 5am Monday morning for mammoth to spend 3 days skiing, the last place I want to be with a cracked screen! Genius lab was open on Sunday morning at 11am and fix my phone in 20 min! The were nice quick and efficient. Now I have my phone working and won’t get lost in the mountains. Thanks.

Quick and easy, John did a great job! Would recommend this place. :) super convenient. John replaced the screen of my iPhone 6 Plus. He also gave a free screen protector so that was a plus! 10% discount just to check in.

Both Unilocal and your website state that you are open at 11am on Saturdays. I’m at your front door and you are definitely not open, so I would correct the time.

These guys are experts! Shant managed to save my Asus laptop and all its contents after someone sat on it by accident. –_​– I walk in and I’m helped right away! :)
The screen had shattered and it wouldn’t turn on. I had a heart attack because my whole life is in this laptop. Shant was so fast and friendly, he ordered the screen and in no time my laptop was back to normal!

I needed an expert to look at my MacBook on a Sunday afternoon and this place was open and did a great job restoring my OS, after I accidentally deleted it the night before.
This shop was friendly courteous and affordable.
I called another shop and they closed earlier and not as hospitable as this shop.
