One front office staff was rude, consistently, kept thinking maybe she was having a bad day, but some people are just not meant for customer service. She was rude, she would cut me off before I had the chance to finish my sentence, she would tell me «No!» rude enough for me not to want to ask anything else, which is not helpful when you are going in for procedure where you’re going to be under anesthesia. Even though it’s an issue you deal with every single day, same question over and over it doesn’t matter, if we as customers are asking it’s because we don’t know! You hold the answer but if you’re tired of answering the same question and you find yourself being rude and mean to people, quit your job!!! Also, i called to ask a question and their answering system states they close at 5 o’clock, they weren’t answering and their voice mail came on at 4:50pm, not cool. All other staff in surgical area were wonderul, very caring!
