I am SO MAD. This McDonald’s made me late to work TWICE in one day!!! I work across the street at the mall and I came here on a food run, once before work and once at lunch. I don’t get off work till 10:30 so I came beforehand to get an Oreo frappé, they hand me an Oreo mcflurry!!! Then say oh our machine is down so I’m not sure what to do… And make me take the mcflurry that I can’t even eat!!! So I have to make a food run to el pollo loco for my boss at lunch, I decide to swing in and get me a sausage mcmuffin, and they manage to f*** up that too somehow. I only have 20 minutes break for lunch so I already have to haul ass… They made me pull to the side and wait an additional 15 mins just to fix my order. So disappointed, will not return.

Terrible service. Cashier doesn’t know how to take orders and charges higher than other McDonalds.

Slowest restaurant I have ever been to. The the order was wrong. No joke, spent over 30 mins in the drive through line. so much for «fast food». Don’t let the pretty new building fool you, it’s not worth the wait.

This McDonald’s never gets orders right. I just stopped by for a happy meal and was not given a toy. I also asked for extra bbq sauce and they didn’t include any in the bag. It’s not like it was busy so I don’t know what the excuse for not getting a simple order right is.

why does this location advertise 24hr drive through and then close the drive through lane? The workers were just in there chilling. Okay

Only taking cash through the drive through. The car in front of us ordered 150 CHICKEN. MCNUGGETS!!! They didn’t call them aside, we waited over 30 minutes before we jumped the curb and left.

Just ordered a filet o fish with only cheese and some frys & nuggets through the drive thru, i get hone the filet obfish has everything except the cheese! And you guys want $ 15 an hour??? Go eat a dick

New and very clean.
Why cant all the other locations be like this one.

I am a breakfast person and their service here is fast. The combo 2 breakfast is my favorite and I take the coffee. Hashbrowns are always crispy and delicious.

OMG!!! This must be the king/​queen of all McDonalds locations. I have never seen a location so pristine and clean!!! NEVER EVER!!! I did notice that a lot of the Mc Donalds were remodeling and looking fancier, but this one was really nice. It was clean and there was marble and decorative designs all over. The bathroom was exquisite. Who calls a bathroom at a McDonalds exquisite??? I do now. The staff were very friendly also.

They only have one job, and that’s to take the order. People that prepare the food only one job… Put the food in the bag… Somehow it’s rocket science for them
