Used to great until I found a pair of boots and some stupid girls stole it from my cart… it’s a freaking thrift store if you have to steal from people’s carts you really have a struggle… never coming back

This is my first time going to a Goodwill and I really liked it. I had some things to donate and needed to give to charity for a class for extra credit. I was there for less than an hour so I didn’t get to see everything, but I did buy some nice things. I bought one flannel shirt($ 4.45 originally $ 5.99), a cardigan $ 4.45 originally $ 5.99), and a dress($ 3.99 originally $ 7.99). My mom bought a Japanese tea set, a cup, and a tea cup and saucer(don’t know the price for her purchase). I only took away a star because I didn’t get to stay that long and it would be nicer if the items were just a little cheaper(I’m not complaining though). The reason why I put the original prices is because when I went they were having a sale. All long sleeve items(expect dresses I think) are 25% off and all items with a yellow tag are 50% off. Will definitely come again. Still have more clothes to go through. I think each day they have different sales, but I’m not sure since this was my first time.

Oh man, I found plenty of short sleeves blouses at this location. This location is a bit larger than others I’ve been in. Place is organized. They have a large selection of womans clothing. Guys and kids section is large as well. Their jeans selection is larger as well. I also found a music box in great condition with everything in place, no cracks or missing pieces like I usually find. It was dusty but once it was cleaned it looked awesome. They had alot of miniature music ceramic boxes the day I went. Plenty of parking in their shared lot. They have 3 fitting rooms that they don’t really watch over, so you can take over the limit of 3 clothes per fitting. Their restroom is surprisingly the cleanest I’ve been in a Goodwill. Staff was nice.

My house has no room for storage, and I’m a thrower anyway. If I’m not using something, or haven’t used it, or haven’t worn it, it needs to go! I come to this Goodwill as it’s the closest & there’s always someone at the drop-off center to give you a receipt or help unload the items. I’ve never looked at the merchandise inside so I couldn’t tell you what they have, but I do know I’ve sent brand new jeans, name brand watches, etc.

If you don’t, can’t or won’t use it — DONATE to Goodwill so others can benefit from it. It’s just the right thing to do.

When you have a mom who belongs on the show, Hoarders, this is your number one hot spot. This is mainly a retail store but if you drive around back they have a drop off for donations. The associates are really friendly and helpful when you have a lot of stuff. I have dropped off over 10 + large bags each trip and still not done. I like that it’s not too crazy in terms of people traffic in the back but even then they are still pretty efficient. There are about five or so parking spots that’s right up against the dock where you can unload and of course there are ramps and dolly’s they have ready to help. I can’t comment on the items inside the store though. I need to check that out eventually.

One of the worst Goodwills I have been too. No electronics to be had, unless your looking for a stock pile of blenders.

So here’s another Goodwill store that I’ve recently been to. It’s located a block away from the West Covina Mall on Vincent Ave, tucked away in the corner of a shopping complex. This store is well organized and packed with good merchandise. They have a good amount of home goods, furniture, and kids items in the back. The clothing selection is a hit or miss, depending on what you happen to be looking for that day. The store manager is very friendly and chatty with the customers, which I think is a good thing. He even told me that they’re VERY picky with the stuff they put out on the sales floor. They only sell items that look close to new and items that still work, unlike other Goodwill stores that have questionable quality control as far as the things they sell. Good to know. A-OK place to drop off your used items for donations, and an even better place to hunt for excellent bargains on stuff you can actually still use or wear.

This Goodwill is just down the street from the West Covina Shopping Center and I love it! It has so much to offer at great prices! I love checking out the furniture and house ware sections! Sometimes you can find cool vintage glasses, vases or dish ware! The furniture is great as well. Once in awhile you’ll snag a great find in the clothing department! I once saw cute dresses and tops still marked with tags from Target! Just gotta dig for those items. Sometimes the store will announce specials for the day, if you don’t see any announcements ask someone who works there and they’ll help you out!
