Peeked inside. No one there. We yelled inside. No answer.
Yelled inside again. No answer.
Three other patrons walk up… tried the entrance door. refused to go in.
Finally one person goes in and yells.
Turns out that they were stocking
and locked the entrance door early to get work done

Ok hello where is the customer service. Sure you guys are nice and friendly, but when I refill a prescription, I want to come in and get out. Please, pay more attention to the customers that are waiting in line.

Upland, CA
This Long’s is located at one of the more dangerous intersections of the maze that is the Eastland Shopping Centre parking lot. Be careful walking into or out of the store, and backing out of your parking stall.
This Longs looks almost a carbon copy of the location in Upland. The customer service is good, the selection is good, prices are reasonable, and the store is well maintained and bright.
Personally, I feel this beats the CVS and Rite Aids in the area, so I would recommend going here. They’re a much smaller company than the others and their commitment to their customers shines through.
