Dollar Tree

I just walked out of dollar tree. My 70 year old grandma always comes here because she buys 20 of one gallons of water at a time. And at no other dollar tree do they help her but here. And today I came to help my grandma and without asking a gentleman got my cart with no problem, walked me out and loaded all my water. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for always helping my grandma and myself! Thanks for the chat about water. Lol

Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever received!!! Not sure of the employees name but she has short hair and an eyebrow piercing. First off, she didn’t look friendly or approachable at all. I still was extra nice for that reason, but my judgements were still correct. I bought a good amount of items, so you’d think she’d be friendly; I am part of the reason she still has a job. Anyways, I bought balloons. First, there was a line behind me. I said I could wait until she rang them up and she said no. Okay? Then, another employee comes to do my balloons and is just as unfriendly!!! But what really topped it off is that I also purchased 2 vases. She threw them in a bag like nothing. I asked if she had some kind of newspaper or something to help me out and wrap them in because I didn’t want them to break. She sighed (as if it was such a hassle to reach right under her) and threw it on the counter. I stood there in awe, being she saw my hands were full and I couldn’t wrap it myself! As I struggled to wrap it with my hands full she stood there conversing w someone else. I said thank you and couldn’t get out of there any quicker. (oh, and to top it off, it was enough to only wrap one!) and guess what? Sure enough one broke on the way home. I’m not one to complain about people but I felt this was quite deserving. I’ve always loved dollar tree until now, my business will be back at $.99 only!!!

I went inside and most times in this store it is always messy. Things laying in the middle of the aisles for weeks. The worst part about this store is the lack of customer service here. I go inside and there is one cashier ringing up two people in line. I grab a couple things and proceed to head out. I go to the line and there is now 9 people in line. I think «Well okay there is a lady to my left ignoring people in line while filling up balloons» We all know that is more important than me as the customer. I refused to stand in line another second and walked out. I walked to my car and there were still people waiting in line. It is ridiculous people have to wait 20 minutes to get out of a store because their employees don’t care. Not coming back to this location again.

Leaving 1 star because of the horrible experience with sue. As I walked in she greeted but kept yelling and talking mean to her employee Nick. He was very nice and helpful friendly speedy check out.
But sue just repelled me from ever coming back.
She was completely disrespectful to her employee
I asked him why he let her. He said he just has to and she’s always like that and he just has a friendly demeanor.
Please further train and discipline sue. She clearly thinks she’s running a sweat shop. Cursing and demanding everything like he’s a dog. Sorry but that’s the truth

For the price, I think you’re getting your money’s worth on everything that you buy. The only bad thing is, they don’t have a return policy on anything. If you’re spending your money on Imodium AD at say Walgreens, Walmart, CA at Cvs, they have this same stuff except it comes in little caplets for a dollar, & I think it works ten times better then the pricey $ 7.99 Imodium AD at CVS pharmacies.

I love all dollar stores and this one is great as well. Its right next to the Goodwill as well so my mom wanted to go to buy some hand sanitizer. The location is very organized and neat and I like how they have pre-​packaged hand & face wipes.

Came to this location when it first opened. Clean and well organized. Staff is friendly and always have good items than other locations. Another reason I like coming here is because there is a goodwill right next store.

Love this place. Every holiday they have some cool stuff. Great place for party goods. Although the location is random. Next to a pep-​boys, goodwill and sushi place.

This location is off a major street next to a few crappy stores. I would skip those crappy stores and just go to Dollar Tree. They have great deals here, if you know what to look for. Not all the deals are great, so you should know the difference. It’s great for seasonal merchandise as well. It’s easy to run in and out quickly with scores of goodies.

Just another typical dollar store. A lot of great, cheap, low quality stuff for your everyday needs. But when you’re on a budget, it helps to have a store like this close by. This store can get a little messy.

I have to agree with Just Q. The Dollar Tree is clean and they do carry brands i’ve heard of before. They have a decent selection of gift bags and tissue paper (i dont see the point of spending $ 5 or more dollars on a damn bag for a present). So all in all it’s cool YO!
