This office is very clean and has great frame options for those who wear spectacles. The staff is very helpful and always has a warm smile on their face. Brenda Romero was very thorough, informative and made sure I was satisfied with all my services before I left. Nancy was very friendly and helpful. Great customer service! Dr Kwok and Dr. Coronas were awesome and very easy to talk with and ask questions. I didn’t feel rushed or just like another number. This business is very up to date and savvy on their technology about checking the health of your eyes so you can leave rest assured that you received the best check up exam and service. I will gladly recommend this office to many! Thank you Golden Optometric!

Great customer service by all the staff and huge selection of glasses! I recommend the Golden Optometrist for the whole family. They are open 7days a week which us perfect for my student athletes and ate busy work schedules.

I’ve used glasses since I was 8 years old, been through a dozen or so optometrists and offices, this is by far the friendliest, cleanest, professional, and best stocked so far. They always have the frames I’m looking for and every visit really is a pleasure.

I’m a bit disappointed to be writing a 2 star review for this place. I’ve been a patient with Golden Optometric for 34 years (originally going to Whittier) and I unfortunately will not be going back :(
I went in to have my lenses repaired and they were going to charge me $ 300! I’m not asking that they repair it for free, but $ 300…come on.
I’m genuinely sorry that I will not be returning, but I just can’t justify continuing to give them my business to get absolutely no «customer service» or care in return.

Dr. Wong and his entire staff are great. My visit was almost fun. It was great to interact with Janelle during all of my pre-​tests. I had a great time.
Dr Wong explained the results of all the tests that were done. He told me everything looked great.

It wish i could say my last visits were positive but they really weren’t. Been with them for many years and i wasn’t exactly happy when all was said and done. The dr. s there are still very good but i just don’t think I’ll go back. It would though have been great if after calling about contacts help, four times, i would at least get One return call.

… Well i called and spoke to a couple people. First I was told one thing, then spoke to somebody else and told something else. After 25 years with GO i have to go somewhere else.

Almost feels like a family is helping you. I’ve always loved my optometry appointments but going to this one is a treat. Very friendly service and Nancy was really nice and went out of her way to help me.

My son broke his glasses, I needed an appointment asap first call they said my ins was not active. I checked with my HR and everything was fine I had Vision ins. I called back same day I spoke to Eliza and she was amazing she found my ins right away gave me all my coverage info and booked appointments for my son, husband and myself.

Love the staff, love the selection, plus when your appointment is coming up, you get a call as well as a email reminder, so if your like me, you keep your appointment on your smart phone.

My experience at Dr Goldens West Covina optometry office was very satisfying. I am very happy with my new pair of glasses. I’ve gotten lots of compliments. I’ve been coming to Golden Optometric for a long time. Why? The staff and doctors here are so friendly and professional. Today I had an appointment with Dr. Wong for my contact lenses. He was very thorough with my exam. Did I mention that he is very nice! I was in and out of the office in about an hour. They had my contacts in stock so I don’t have to come back.
This location is 30 minutes away from my home, but I trust the services here. So they are worth the drive. I’ve had bad experiences at other places. They couldn’t even give me an appointment correctly. This is why I always end up coming back here. See you guys next year! Love Golden Optometric.

Dr Wong is very nice and thorough. I like coming here. They have a wide selection of brand name glasses and they also offer to order frames that are not here

We have been coming here for our eye care needs for about 5 years, ever find they were located in the West Covina mall. Everyone here is attentive and knowledgeable and I enjoy coming here. I recommend this establishment to friends and family.

The most thorough eye examine ever. They have state of the art equipment that allowed Dr Corona to do the examination without invading your space. Also there wasnt alot of which is better #1 or 2, 3 or 4, which always makes me uncomfortable. Brenda who helped me choose a great frame was friendly, courtesy and knowledgeable.

I came here to find some new glasses with my new insurance for myself And son. The customer service was good. The girl that helped me find my glasses was very nice and helpful, wish I caught her name, but I couldn’t see anything while my eyes were dilated. Which brings up a point, I was asked to choose frames AFTER I couldn’t see. The reason for only 3 stars is that, plus the fact that despite the spread out displays, I couldn’t find very many frames that I liked. I passed by another store a week later and found many more styles that I liked. Also, my son has a ‘lazy eye’ and I would think they would have suggested therapy but, it just simple check, frame selection and that’s it. Prices are medium to high.

Today, I went to Golden Group for the first time. My mom s a patient there and was every happy with their service so I decided to go there also.
I must say this has been one of the best clinics I have been to. Everyone there is so helpful understanding and friendly. My Doctor was so patient and understanding.
If you are looking for an Optometrist, look no further. I recommend you visit Golden Optometric in West Covina.

I’ve never been in this facility before, but if I lived in West Covina and need an eye exam, I would never go to ones that do business ads on Unilocal like this.
I got involved in this business because some customer actually did put my phone number in their profile. About 2 years ago, they called me to pick up glasses several times, no matter as that many times I told them I was not their customer so please removed my phone number out of the system. I guess they just ignored me, and today I got a call again from their automatic system. I don’t know what the message is about because it mixed English and Spanish and sounds like scam. Hope they don’t sell their customer phone numbers to another party. And I promise I will drive 35 miles to get there and scold them if I’m ever be bothered by their phone call again.
