High End Lashes! I have had lashes put on twice before going here. Trust me, there IS a difference in lash application. Kathryn has an extensive background and her list of celebrities she has worked with in Hollywood is quite extensive. She applied my lashes in August and I go every 2 weeks to fill in lashes that naturally cycle. I have not had any days where I even need to wear makeup– and I am 41:) The price is what you should pay for the lash quality and glue. They never sting and she applies to the lash– so there is no issue with the skin. She trims them and they look in place and perfect through exercise, swimming and even wind. I had them put on for a wedding and I NEVER want them off now! These are NOT the lashes you put on for one fun weekend. These are a beauty investment worth every penny!

This is my third visit and I couldn’t be happier with Timeless Sage. Kathryn is an artist and the studio is peaceful and relaxing. Great experience! Highly recommend.

Kathryn was very cold, rude and unfriendly.. She never smiled in the hour I was with her. She was expensive and at the end of her service for full lashes she said, «that will be an extra $ 60 for gratuity and because you used a discount coupon, you must tip me on the full amount of the service.» then she held her hand out expecting me to give her the tip in full! I said that the tip is usually determined by the customer and she said that it is part of her service charge which i did not see anywhere in her fine print. i usually tip people more that 20% especially for great service but i gave her what she asked then left never to return. Her lashes were not«full» but skimpy. She gave me no choices as to what product could be used so i have no idea what she used for my extensions. I am a nurse and kindness and helping people feel great about themselves are what matter to me. Kathyrn was unable to do either. Her manner was so unfriendly that i had no desire to return to her and listen to her brag about how she is the best in the area and from Hollywood. Be kind and smile, Kathryn. Maybe then people will give you your tip without you demanding it.

I first went to Kathryn in February of this year(2015) for a full set of Greta Garbo lash extensions. I was simply blown away at the results. Her skills are phenomenal as the art of applying lash extensions requires an enormous amount of patience and exact hand-eye coordination. I enjoy going to Kathryn, as she is a delight to talk to during our re-lash(touch-up) sessions, which I have every three weeks, so I’ve gotten to know her. She is a professional and very adorable woman. I also received a mini facial before one of my re-lash sessions, where she gently massaged essential oils into my face — and WOW, my skin was clearer than it has been in a long time! I will definitely be adding the facial services she provides on a regular basis as well. I always get compliments on my lashes and refer people to Timeless Sage — so I hope we can all spread the word for Kathryn so that her business really thrives.

I was going to Kathryn for over a year for eyelashes. She’s amazing at what she do! She did my lashes and my sisters lashes. I work at a salon and I’m usually done work around 730. Kathryn always made room for me or even stayed back late to do my lashes. Not to mention her personality is amazing! She is probably the nicest person ever. Please don’t judge based on these awful reviews because it’s not true.

LIVINGSOCIAL deal, not such a great deal!!! ***PLEASEREAD**** I haven’t been to this establishment and was considering purchasing the living social deal but after my sister told me about this«sneaky» marketing ploy, I decided not to. My sister purchased a Living Social deal for a full set of lashes for $ 150 and when she contacted Timeless Sage to book the appointment, she was told that there would be a required 20% service fee added to what she had already paid. The 20% is based off the original cost– which is $ 300. So that means she’s going to have to shell out an additional $ 60 for a total of $ 210. The fine print on the Living Social deal did indicate that Tax and gratuity were not included, HOWEVER, it did not say that it would be a 20% REQUIRED fee. That should be stated upfront so everyone is aware prior to purchasing the deal. Don’t know who is at fault here, whether it is the Timeless Sage or Living Social for not fully disclosing all details but these are shady business practices.

The one star does not reflect a service that I received as I was very rudely shut down by who I presume to be the owner. I live close-by and decided to take a walk over to look at the«studio» and get a pamphlet or brochure. When I attempted to open the door it was locked, so I assumed that they were closed and started to walk away. As I was about 10 yards from the entrance, a woman on her cell phone abruptly opened the door. I turned to speak with her but was«greeted» by a condescending glare and an expression of «what are you doing here?!» No words, just terribly rude body language. I asked politely if she had a brochure or pamphlet for her services and without speaking, shook her head no with an eye roll. I thanked her and before I turned back around, she again rolled her eyes and slammed the door shut. Simply due to the horrific customer service to a possible new client, I plan to never give this woman my business and suggest neither do you. To the owner, you may want to check yourself before you wreck yourself. You are in the business of customer service, but it is SHAMEFUL how RUDE you were to a potential customer.

~ Jen K. was 20 minutes late, then argued with me for another 20 minutes about my consent form… received the service… walked out the door with a full set of lashes, then called Living Social, saying she was not going to get the service & they refunded her. WHICH is why now I must redeem all vouchers prior to your appointment. Claudia R… she was a no show, and her voucher was redeemed prior to her appointment because of Jen K. actions… im instructed to do so by Living Social Danielle A. ~ unfortunately i’m not a ‘walk in business’. Everything is by appointment only. If i’m on the phone & my door is locked and you are not expected, and i don’t know who you are! … this does not make me rude. This was a less than 30 seconds encounter… Its not common in this complex to have random people walking around, this is a professional Center not a strip mall. Its only normal for me to think you are lost, looking for another office. Ann ‘Neetsie’ G ~ i do not believe this person was ever a client at Timeless Sage! I find no record of her name in my spa program or Living Social list of people who purchased vouchers. Just to be clear ~ full set application takes 90 minutes to 2 hours. Individual eyelash extensions are applied one silk mink lash to your natural lash. Length is determined by your own natural lash. Fullness is also determined by how many natural lashes you have. These are NOTSTRIP lashes or Flares(which you would be able to pick what style you like) During application you will be lying down eyes closed taking a nap. Its not a chatty service. Because of the detailed work involved, around your eye area. Timeless Sage clientele are: executive women, nurses, moms, teachers. We have a great time! You fall asleep and wake up looking more fabulous! Lashes are fun & flirty!.. and you look fabulous all the time! specializing in eyelash extensions for over 5 years. Service Fee: sorry this confuses some people. I have worked at many spa’s that do include a service fee. One of my favorite spa’s in Philly also includes a service fee. So this is not an uncommon practice. XoX Kathryn

I honestly can not believe it’s been almost a year since I decided to try eyelash extensions. I am still a faithful client of Kathryn. She works with my schedule and being a full time student and a part time worker at a job that calls constantly for fill in, she’s wonderful. I always look forward to my appointments with her because I feel amazing afterwards. We have great discussions and she’s absolutely amazing. I was offered by a member of my gym for free eyelash extensions since she was just certified but I trust no one else with my eye lashes. They are thin and sparse but you would never know with Kathryn’s work!

This being my 3rd lashing experience, from trying the back of a hair store all the way up into Saks Fifth Avenues, I found Kathryn to exceed my expectations. Found them through a great deal on Living Social and got a quarter set. Kathryn was professional, down to earth, and talented? JACKPOT! Her prices are competitive, the lashes looked like I grew them overnight and the Salon atmosphere was how I like it CLEAN&QUIET. I already booked my next appointment.

I’m updating my review based on my most recent customer service experience. I purchased another ‘deal’ for a full set of lashes(paid $ 120for the deal). When I made the appointment I was told that there would be a service charge of $ 48 on top of the price I paid for the deal. When I inquired about the service charge I was advised it was for tax and gratuity. Well, I’ve never paid taxes on a beauty or spa service furthermore I’m a generous tipper and I thought it was a bit tacky to force a 20% tip. In the past when I went to Kathryn I was getting a re-lash which was around $ 50 and I would always tip her $ 20 — $ 30(beyond generous). Living social provided me a full refund once I showed them the email with the service fee.
