Bought my Big Green Egg from these guys, but they won’t be bothered with warranty issues. I contacted BGE and they didn’t understand it either. My take is they are nice as long as they get a sale but won’t support you afterwards.
Take your business elsewhere, many other stores that will take care of you nearby. I shall never return and deal with Mr. Attitude… Ur no true PSU alumnus.
