The Early Years:

Growing up in a family owned carpet cleaning company Dave learned that hard work and a quality cleaning is what customers want.

College/​Experience:

After attending Eastern Michigan University Dave worked at a local Franchise carpet cleaning company. 11 years of working and managing the company it had grown into one of the largest carpet cleaning franchises in the country.

Today:

In 2012 Bee Clean opened. Being a new father inspired Dave to look for the most effective and safest carpet cleaning process and solutions on the market. Making sure that our process was safe for his family assures that it is safe for yours.

We were in a time crunch and had a 24 hour window in which we needed the carpets cleaned in a new home we purchased and due to scheduling conflicts, we were not able to be present to supervise the work. This was a mistake. I returned to the home that evening and the carpet still reeked of dog, even after paying extra for the deodorizer. Furthermore, there were portions of the carpet that still had stains and others that weren’t even damp… looking like they weren’t even touched. To the owner’s credit, he tried to see if he could make it right when I called that evening, but it was too late. I needed the job done right, the first time and even expressed this when we set up the appointment. Instead, I vastly overpaid for the equivalence of using a wetvac. We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt that it just needed more time to settle and dry, but the smell was still there a week later. We ended up dealing with even more frustration and wasted dollars to get the job done right. I would highly recommend against using this company and would never use their services again.

Outstanding! The customer service, from the first time I called to the two technicians who just left my home in Brighton, was well above average. The technicians were very careful moving my items and were incredibly polite. I had received the information on cost over the phone and had calcuated exactly how much to expect to pay. The actual cost was $ 8 less than my estimate. No hidden fees or surprise costs. I had low expectations that the stains left by the previous homeowner would ever come out, especially since they had the carpets cleaned before we moved in. With one exception, the stains are all gone. It was worth every penny!

I just had my carpeting cleaned yesterday and am thrilled with the results. I have a home business and my carpeting gets a ton of traffic. I also had them clean 4 kitchen upholstered chairs that also get tremendous use. The crew used corner guards throughout my home to protect my paint. The price was the same as what I have spent in the past and the quality of work far surpasses any other company I have ever used. My carpeting and chairs are now spotless!!!

This was the first and only company I called based off the great reviews I saw online. I called on a Tuesday, needing a Saturday appt and spoke to Dave. I was happy to find out we could schedule something that Saturday. He was very professional from start to finish and the carpet looks great (for a great price). I wasn’t expecting much bc the carpet had so many stains and is so old but they look great! I will definitely be using him again and this saves so much money not having to replace the carpeting.

After being in a home housing two dogs to clean for a few hours, my allergies were acting up like crazy. I called Dave with a last minute plea to clean the carpet the day before move-​in. He was able to accommodate a same day appointment with a 2 hour window. He called me ½ hour before arrival to let me know he was on the way. His pricing was very reasonable. He explained everything in detail about what was to be done, including measurements. He had everything in place to protect walls, corners and wood floors. As you can imagine the day before moving, there was plenty to do. I left him in the home to continue his work while I ran errands. He worked on an old stain that looked much better when he was done. My daughter and I spent additional time putting things away with no runny noses and no dog smell. I would definitely call him again. Very personable, trustworthy, and prompt.

I have been meaning to write a review for Bee Clean for about two months now. I tried them for the 1st time when I moved to Brighton. When he (I think his name was Dave) came, I asked why he didn’t have any reviews on Unilocal.He wasn’t quite sure, but he mentioned that he sure would appreciate it. His service was excellent and fair. I had room that was in really bad shape, and he had told me that his honest assessment was that it was not worth doing especially if I was thinking of replacing the carpet. I liked and respected his honesty. Besides that, the work was done well and thoroughly. I think that the fact that I waited (procrastinated) for two months but still felt the need and desire to write this review speaks my true recommendation. Good work and a fair price for clean carpets.
