Best treatment i ever had in the car buying world from the internet rep sonia to tim the salesman to everyone else i came on contact with surprised the hell outof me when they said i was approved and driving my new camaro home again best dealership in the area

I went in for a service because I had a recall with a faulty switch on the vehicle. I was originally told I have to make an appointment for an inspection. I went to the appointment and the associate wrote down the wrong VIN #. He told me my vehicle is not a part of the recall. I left then went back and told him to double check the VIN # which the associate did and he apologized because he got the wrong year. I also mentioned that all the lights are on the dash board and if they can see about turning it off. The lights turned on when we replaced an old battery. The associate said he will schedule the appointment to replace the switch, turn off the lights on the dash board, and give me a loner vehicle for the day. I know there’s a charge to turn off the lights which I didn’t mind paying. I gave the associate two weeks to contact me and let me know the switch was in and he never called. So, I called to set up the appointment. I would assume if a part has to be ordered for a vehicle that an associate would call to let me know it’s in and to set up an appointment to fix the issue but of course this wasn’t the case. My issues were totally ignored. I made the appointment and went in later that week. On the second appointment they were supposed to fix the recalled switch, turn off the lights on the dashboard, and give me a loner vehicle for that day. They didn’t give me a loner and I had to wait there with a toddler for two and a half hours which she was tired and hungry. Two and a half hours later the associate said the truck was not able to be read by the computer system. I was waiting there in the building and the associate could have related the information to me but he didn’t. I got my vehicle back and I see greasy handprints on the front of my vehicle. There’s a car wash on site, why couldn’t the vehicle go through a wash before giving it back to the customer? This whole scenario was a big waste of my time and it was very upsetting because the service department lacks communication skills with their customers. This is a big problem and I have no interest in continuing any of my services with Chevrolet of Wesley Chapel. I don’t mind driving 45 minutes to the Brandon location because I’ve been there before and their service is excellent. To them, their customer matter and they inform me if there’s ever an issue.

Tim, Shante, and Marvin were WONDERFUL! From the moment I got out of my car, I was greeted with a friendly face (Shante) who escorted and helped us every step of the way with the help of Tim. Once the deal was made, I was introduced to Marvin at the finance department who was extremely helpful in explaining everything to me.

The worst car shopping experience ever!!! It started by having hardly any on lot trucks– most trucks were off lot due to construction. No problem– we wanted to see trucks. However when our consultant puts us in this tiny ass Mazda to drive us to the other location when my husband is 6’5 I have a problems specially when I had also inquired about Tahoes. Next comes the «we better not run out of gas» comment because 18 miles were registering until empty and we continue to pull away, make it to the 2^nd red light and… You guessed it… Run out of freaking gas. Can you say awkward??? She proceeds to text for help, then call the dealership and ask them to bring gas «if they have any» and never mentions she has clients in the car. I then kindly remind her she should probably utilize the hazard lights. So as the minutes pass and we are waiting for something– a ride, some gas, anything really to make us a little more comfortable– a cop is sitting at the light across from us and she makes a comment that she hopes he didn’t come over to us because she didn’t have her license with her. At this point it is just ridiculous, my husband and I get out of the car, cross the intersection and walk back to our car. So since we have to pass her we stop just to make sure she is still ok and she sends us on to the other lot. We get there and scope out the vehicles and the one we were going to view has a big SOLD written on it. Are you kidding me?!? On top of that their were no other vehicles like we were wanting to look at. We wait a few minutes for her or someone to show and nobody ever did so we left. AVOID this place like the plague!!! I’m now taking my 50+K somewhere else!!!

Customer service reps are all friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Other than wishing for a more comfortable waiting room, I found the experience at your location really great.

When I was car shopping a few months ago I had a short list of makes that I was looking at. Chevy was one of them. They were actually temporarily moved into the same space as Mazda, as Mazda was nice and let them share. Things were a little hit or miss because Mazda was helping people looking at Chevys and Chevy people would help people looking at Mazdas. So not everyone knew what was going on at all times. It was a bit discombobulated if you will.
With that said, they were not pushy while looking for a car. They let me test drive all I wanted and returned my calls when need be. I ultimately chose a different make, but to no fault of their own.
