History

Established in 2012.

We started as Staley Construction & Improvements in 2001 and did a lot of sub-​contracting mainly for Four Seasons Sunrooms. As years passed we were very dissatisfied with the customer service from the larger companies that we sub-​contracted from. In May of 2012 we decided to invest into Alligator Sunrooms and change our name for a new beginning. So here we are Alpha Custom Exteriors, LLC

Business Owner

We have owned our own construction business for 11 years formerly known as Staley Construction & Improvements. We currently have 3 children ages 16, 2 and a 4 year old with Autism. Tim has been in the profession over 21 years. When we were married we decided to make 5 year goals and stick to them. In the first 5 years we wanted to buy a home, get into Real Estate, continue our construction business and have 2 children, we accomplished it all. We are now in our next 5 year goal in which we have started our own Sunroom Company and we still plan on buying a few acres, building a log cabin and sending one off to college.

Tim has 17 years of experience in the sunroom industry. He worked with one Sunroom Company for 9 years in our area as an installer and as their Project Manager. For the past 8 years he sub-​contracted with another sunroom company. Over the years he has trained and supervised as well as installed thousands of decks, screened porches and sunrooms.
