Specialties

Tastebuds is a full service restaurant with the largest selection of local, Washington, regional and world wines available to purchase for take out or dine in. Tastebuds offers 6 draft beers, and classic cocktails. Espresso bar for our morning patrons. Tastebuds caters any size event and offers live music 3 nights a week. Sundays are available for private parties. Specialties include cilantro lime prawn salad, steak salad, beer battered salmon chips and hand cut red potato fries. Pendleton Pepper whiskey steak or our made to order pizzas! Fondue is made to order and features WA apples. We love groups for parties on our patio (enclosed in winter). This is a great selection of tasty choices and delicious entrées from fish to hoof to fowl. Your taste buds will receive a variety of flavors. there are many choices including specials along with an array of regional beer taps and wine selections.
My sirloin medallion was a little dry and fibery however consumed willingly. I was hungry.
One of the top locations with fine cuisines in the area with enough atmosphere to create character and memories.

Great food and fabulous atmosphere! We had the mushroom appetizer which was to die for and the chicken pesto pizza! A couple Tom Collins, glasses of wine and good wait service and the evening was a success! We were visiting from Seattle and were lucky enough to come on jazz night! Highly recommend Tastebuds! Can’t wait to come back!

I would give 5 stars on any other day, but this time I reserved an area and the guy helping me had no idea that I had reserved it, and told me… I could sit anywhere else… Furthermore, when I wanted to sit in the patio he said it’s reserved at 6, the entire patio. Needless to say I was flustered due to giving them ample time to do what they just did to me!
Anyway, the food is great, can’t go wrong with wine and cheese and jazz. Love the atmosphere, but customer service needs a step up

I love this place and cant get enough. The food is perfect. Ive never known a place that can be as consistent as they are with steaks. EVERY TIME! The service is great. The cooks really know what they are doing. The music is always inviting and never too loud.
The drinks are generous and the patio is a nice touch where it can be opened up or closed off. Perfect seating all year round.

5 stars for the excellent service, great wine selection and mixed drinks (finally my greyhound and salty dog actually listed on a menu!). And drum roll… that blue burger dip sandwich!!! The best dip our table of 6 has ever tasted! Great blend of flavors, melt in your mouth, perfect crust on the bread. A heightened burger! If we lived in Wenatchee this would be a weekly date night for sure!

The atmosphere is great hence the additional star. And the wine was great… The steaks… They only serve one steak and have toppings which was presented nice… However top sirloin is not a good steak to have as your only steak. For $ 22 I think they should raise the price to $ 30 and make them filets… Also the shrimp is not blackened but a Cajun seasoning on small seemingly frozen shrimp.

Love love love this place! Great atmosphere, grGreat food and great wine selection! Tucked nondescriptly in what looks like a strip mall in Wenatchee Washington you’ll want to check this little gem out don’t judge a book by its cover! Great indoor seating as well as outdoor seating, plus we were entertained by awesome live music on an acoustic guitar for most of our evening last night. If you’re in the Wenatchee area definitely must stop in here! Our server, Dorinda, was very knowledgeable pleasant friendly and efficient! She was great. Genuinely friendly! The whole crew seem to work together well and our evening was nothing but fun fun fun! The food was great and you get to choose the wine you want from a huge library wall of wines.

Ohhhh the fondue! And the fondue isn’t the only delicious food available for order, all of the food items I’ve tried here have been wonderful. There’s a great wine selection, also a limited but appreciated beer and mixed drink menu. Tastebuds has a great ambiance and the service is almost always top notch (ask for Dorinda as your server if you want top notch service 100% of the time). I definitely recommend Tastebuds, for food and a drink!

Oh my! This was a great find, well, someone introduced me to Tastebuds… I was really happy with my wine choice and it seemed like a generous pour, thank you. The starter I selected was the smoked salmon plate and it was delightfully light, yet filling and flavorful. The salmon wasn’t too dry or too salty.
I enjoyed the atmosphere — not too loud, yay!
Overall, an enjoyable evening!

For two years I drove past Tastebuds because the sign outside read Coffee and Wine. I can get that at home. But… WAIT!!! They serve steaks and seafood and salads and pasta and its YUMMY. And they have a full bar! I had the Peppered steak for 20 $! That’s about the top end of the price range there. The tiramisu was excellent. Everything about the dinner was great. The seating is ample but its a bit dark in there. several customers had their phones out to use as flashlights when reading the menu. We went on Wednesday which is 20% off on bottles of wine (so we bought two L’ecoles). I will watch their Facebook page and see what specials or entertainment they are planning and I will definitely go there again. and probably again… and again.

The fondue is my favorite, and my husband always gets a pizza. Great wine selection as well. I believe kids are welcome, but it’s not somewhere I would take mine. More of a mommy and daddy place to me!

The pizza here is delicious. I love the sauce :) we also had a fondue appetizer which was good. I thought the fondue could have been a little bit thicker but that flavor and the dippers for it were really good. Some of the things to dip in the fondue I had never tried with fondue before but they were great.
The environment of this café is so cute. It has a cozy feeling and there is a wall filled with bottles of wine. Also they have huge doors that open up to the patio which is awesome.
I would come here again and recommend it to others. The happy hour prices look really good and they also have a daily special.

Love this place and the live music. Food is amazing wine list is great. I’ve been here several times and have always had immaculate service. Although this time our server was really rude for whatever reason just feeling a bit turned off about it. Unfortunate.

Nice place, visually appealing when entering. Lots of wine and wine related products on display.
My daughter and I visited for lunch and was surprised with the amount of food provided at what I thought was just a coffee and wine bar.
Many meals were served around us during our visit and it all looked delicious.
I ordered a pita pizza for seven dollars from the appetizer menu. It was small but flavorful.
The down side? When the ticket was brought the bill showed my seven dollar pizza was thirteen dollars. When I asked the server about it her comment was «sometimes the register just does that». Even more distressing was the tone in her voice that made me feel like I’d done something wrong by pointing out the discrepancy.
Prices are definitely higher than expected, however, the quality seems to be high and the food well prepared.
Service could be better… Especially in the sense that the attitude I got from the server was one of snobbishness.
