Like most of the Starbucks I have been to, this one had friendly service, the ladies were nice, and engaged in small talk with me. The coffee was good, I mean its Starbucks. I wish there was a drive-​thru though. I saw Maxine mention a drive-​thru, but I did not see one. Even when I was inside the building I did not see the drive-​thru. So I doubt there is one.
That is the reason I am giving it three stars. I feel as though Starbucks in and of itself is a four stars place, the coffee is good, and you can find one everywhere, and everyone talks about getting a Starbucks. But a Starbucks without a drive-​thru, well I really wanted to just drive up and go, without getting out of my car, but I couldn’t.

I consistently frequent this establishment when I am in Wenatchee on business. My drinks are always made well and the service is friendly and prompt. My most recent purchase was a seasonal drink. I am usually a little too excited for my first seasonal drink and holiday cup of the season and this time was no exception. However, the drink was well made with no hint of burning. The major down side to this particular location is the location itself – in the corner of a busy parking lot. It is difficult to drive around the parking lot to reach the shop because of the traffic originating from a neighboring grocery store and restaurant. At times parking is limited and can be limited. The location related issues keep this at a 3-​star in my opinion.
